I've been wanting to go here for a while now. I walked in and it was packed.  The place was super busy.   There were so many items to choose from,  it was hard to not  make my own sampler.  The place is simply decorated but ig ready for a post.   I was greeted right away and placed my order for to go.I ordered:1. Iced Vietnamese coffee - I was surprised it was made the traditional way,  pour over.   A lot of places nowadays just have it ready to pour over ice.  This was the perfect pick me up for lunch.   Sweet with just the right amount of punch.2.  Fried egg rolls - So crispy, it doesn't even need the sauce.  The wrapper they used was different and gave you an extra crunchiness.3.  Grilled beef over rice with egg roll -  The beef was super tender and flavorful.  I liked that for once it didn't come with a salad but instead possibly picked carrots and daikon?Overall,  the food was amazing. Service was fast and friendly. Didn't have to wait too long and the food was fresh.  Highly recommend and I look forward to comimg back soon.

One star for the nice lady working the cashier and one star for the place being clean . I should have known the food was bad when nobody was eating in there . The food is not flavorful at all. Their pickled veggies didn't taste pickled. So bland. The spring rolls tasted off. The pickled cucumber salad also lacked that vinegar kick. It tasted like some kind of cleaning product. The only thing that was ok was the grilled beef. I should have read the reviews before coming here

Came here on a week night and got the Pho Combo #1. The service was friendly and we didn't have to wait even though the place is on the smaller side. The soup was above average imo, satisfied the craving but isn't being added to my list all time favorite vietnamese restaurants. The place is very clean, staff were friendly, and prices seemed reasonable. I'd be interested in trying their banh mi's and rice plates next time!

Just had my fifth visit here. I Love the banh mi sandwiches despite many other bad reviews. I have tried the pho combos and recently tried the bun bo hue. If i could critique the soups the only thing that I could say is that all the noodles are a little too soft for my taste but otherwise everything is great. The staff are always friendly and the restaurant is always very clean. Im glad that this place is close to my home. I will keep coming here, and even if its not perfect for me its still pretty damn good in my book

It feels like my childhood home cooked meal. Extremely delicious and satisfying. Plus I find it reasonably priced. But of course I’m VERY bias, these dishes taste incredibly delicious!!!

We had a P2 pho and a grilled pork bahn mi. The place is very clean and the food was tasty. The only bad mark was that the soup wasn't very hot. Nice to know there's another Ho place in the area.

This is a nice little spot we happened to bump into while looking to have some Pho. The guys that take your orders are extremely nice and give good service. Our Pho's were freakin delicious. The mango pudding for dessert was nice on my tummy. The only complaint I have is that the smell of chemicals from next door's nail salon was a pretty strong... aside that food and service were excellent t.

Tucked in the smaller corner lies this restaurant. The food was good. The place was very clean. Especially the restroom. My only gripe was the checkout but beyond that it was a pleasant meal.

I had the banh mi sandwich and it was not good at all. The meat tasted spoiled, had too much mayonnaise and very little pate. My daughter had the beef pho and she said it had an odd taste to it and did not taste like pho at all.Thai tea was bland and watered down. Service was okay and the restaurant is clean.

The banh mis were really good! I'd definitely come back again. I ordered the combo cut and the roast beef sandwiches and they were all very full and filling!

Friendly staff, willing to customize my specific sandwich. This place is newly opened and really clean, the sandwich exceeds my expectations, it's taste really close to the San Jose place we used to get, Definitely will come back. On the side note...it may take longer to get your order when it's crowded inside, but I recommend it.

We came to Viet Time for the first time today. I ordered Pho and my boyfriend ordered Bun Bo Hue (Spicy Beef Noodle Soup). I also ordered a portion of the deep fried egg rolls. When the food came out, I was disappointed looking at my Pho. Unlike a typical pho bowl, this pho barely had any meats. Even worse, the meat pieces were cut too small. There's no pho flavor in the broth at all which I found very strange. The entire time eating, all I smelled was my boyfriend's spicy beef noodle bowl. I tasted its broth and it's not as flavorful as other spicy beef noodles I had in the past. The eggrolls were just ok and very tiny and overpriced compared to other good Vietnamese restaurants I have been to. The staff at Viet Time was friendly, though. I won't come back because the food didn't meet my standards, sadly :(

Very happy to welcome this new Vietnamese/pho place to San Bruno. Our first order was dac biet # 1 and a rice combo meal with grilled pork. The pho is a tad missing in flavor. It had flat noodles instead of vermicelli. But, I love the ambiance and attentive service. With all white furniture and white walls, it gave off a cool and clean vibe. My favorite part while eating here was the comforting aroma of black tea brewing. Made me crave for their iced tea. One good reason to come back and try their other dishes.
