Friendly staff, good quality fast food and a great place to wait and relax while you wait for your relatives/friends from the SFO international airport to get through customs. Then go pick them up when they are ready.
Zero customer service. Employees lack knowledge of their items on their menu.Food/price is okay. No Employees understand me in English. Luz the cashier host#1009 she interrupted me several,was impatient not allowing me to complete my order or ask any questions regarding menu options.
Parking spaces okay. Don't recommend this Wendy's location to anyone.

Drive-Thru - Received regular nuggets instead of spicy nuggets and was not informed. Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger patty seemed to have been missing salt and pepper for taste. Presentation/wrapping of burgers wasn't the best.

I didn’t like to eat inside because it’s kind of all and looks not too clean but if you order to go it’s fine. Food is delicious and the Coca Cola is wonderful.
The service depends of whom is taking your order. I have 2 good experiences but the other one was not so good, the lady who was placing my order was rude.
What I liked is that the restaurant is open until 11 and starts the service at 6:30 am

The atmosphere is sinister: almost no one, soulless lighting and decor, no pleasant background music. The staff is young and willing, but the burgers are too fatty and the sauce is too sweet. Coke without sugar is just water, it has no taste.

There is no reason that the customer should be held responsible for paying the employees' benefits.that is the employers responsibility.Even worse is that all these San Fran psycho airport food spots have the same business practices.i also felt sick 20 minutes after eating the food.
