Amazing place! Great service and ambiance. I feel that I could hang out here all night if they didn't have a closing time. I ordered a Pina Colada style cocktail and it was made to perfection! Hope to come back soon. Highly recommend this bar!

So much fun on the weekends!!! The piano players are consistently great! This bar has changed the nightlife vibe of San Carlos overall. The people in the crowd are typically in their 30s-50s. The espresso martinis are the best! They also make a great old fashioned.

Came on a Sunday. It was a four day weekend and I was surprised to see only 3 other people when we walked in. I'm not from the area so maybe this area doesn't get as busy‍. Bartender was great! He let us know upfront last call, no rush and he'll take of us. We got there around 9:30p. I got this amazing drink (I don't remember the name). I saw menu pictures on other reviews and the name doesn't ring a bell. It was called Morena or something. It was infused mezcal with hibiscus syrup. Subtle drink that brings the fruit forward. I ordered 2. Bf got their local IPA. He was happy it was on draft. Definitely will be coming back here for another night cap! Maybe try the food as well.

Fun piano bar and a place to go to after dinner. They have both inside and outside seating with a variety of drinks. Drinks are okay, nothing special but it does get very lively both Friday and Saturday night.

Live music is OK. Other patrons seem to dig it but I thought it was just ok. Loud and not that engaging. The performers are cool and try to involve the customers but in the end aren't that great singers. Could be fun if you know all the songs maybe?I get bored quickly as you can't talk with friends and how many songs can you listen to?

Been your several times never eaten, But the service the atmosphere and the drinks are always excellent. It's a bit pricey, but like anything, you get what you pay for, quality and service are top.

Nice place to meet up with friends before dinner. Service is hit or miss. Sometimes good and sometimes meh. And prices are on the high side.

I meant to update my review earlier this week. I must be getting old and crotchety - especially since Nye's Polonaise piano bar closed down years ago in Minneapolis (and far deeper shames abound). I need to lighten the hell up! This is a fantastic place. The guys at the benches have wonderfully witty comedic timing (even when they're forced to pander to drunk white rapping females who are moving to London lol). These two are also insanely insanely talented musicians AND singers. Martuni's won't get you double piano action, and it's not fair to compare the Big 4 to a lively and young FUN gig on the Peninsula. I mean it, I really do. I also mistakenly referred to the Fox, when I meant to write the 'Little Fox Theater,' but that's still not fair to compare apples to Guacamole. The liveliness and talent of F&S is only one reason for my updated stars... The other reason involves a snafu getting my Visa card back from the bar. It was just a mixup between waitresses, because we were trying to be sneaky and pick up the bill after our friends gave their credit card for our tab. I am changing my review to a 5 star because of you Garrett! It's been a crazy week, and I didn't realize that my Visa card was missing until Monday. It didn't matter, because Garrett went out of his way to reassure me that my Visa was in safe hands! I had left a voicemail, and written an urgent email, because I needed to finalize payment for a family event that night (Monday). Garrett called me within minutes!!! Not only that, but he offered to go into work early on Tuesday, so that I could pick it up while I was in the area - hallelujah Garrett! Now, should my card be charged 6 months from now, for a very large alcohol order hand-delivered to F&S, then I MAY have to UPDATE my update, but I'm highly doubting that will happen (fingers crossed, bc I don't like to tempt fate with such comments). Great place, completely livens up the peninsula - I think Stanford University must be pretty jealous actually (I haven't seen anything that lively there since before Covid). Bravo, and forgive my geriatric ways! :) Your entire crew is so talented, and upon further examination, it would be a pretty lame piano bar if they were to break into Nat King Cole on a hot Saturday night packed with drunk fun people. I get it! I guess I miss my snooty- but-not-snooty alcoholic piano bar in S.F. This is a SUPER fun place to have on the boring peninsula lol... sorry, I am such an a-hole... we will go back, I will dedicate top 40 songs, and have a laugh and enjoy the night with your amazing LAVENDER Gimlets!!!

I can't believe I've never visited F&S in the past 6 years living in San Carlos. I must've walked by it thousands of times by now but never did it cross my mind to step in. What a wonderful cocktail bar.Classy interior. Good selection of hard liquor. Very chill. And apparently live music on Thu/Fri/Sat.I happened to stop by on a weekday (Monday) so understandably the bar was quite empty but I could easy imagine a great happening location.I wish the prices were a bit cheaper though... but understandably Bay Area.Parking: Use the parking lots for Laurel St. Street in front is blocked away and the limited slots are impossible to get.

I do apologize for the action with the bird. But I was frustrated and the bullying occurred prior to that fyi.

Was here to watch a Warriors game, and it was oddly a great place to watch a game! The drinks were really good and the food was tasty. Once the game was over, it turned into the dueling pianos and this was actually so fun! Props to the guys for agreeing to take my suggestion of a Meg the Stallion song. Just imagine WAP on dueling pianos and you'll know these guys are working hard for the money!

Great entertainment and even better drinks. Truly the only craft cocktail bar in the peninsula. Burlingame, San Mateo, etc. do not compare.

A fantastic bar and lounge. The bartender really knew her stuff. The happy hour drinks were awesome. Loved the wings. Great ambiance. Amazing lounge music over the loud speakers. Some nights they have dueling pianos or broadcast football games or other fun events. We had a margarita on the rocks with black sea salt ("Tommy's Margarita"), a Corpse Reviver gin cocktail, an espresso martini and a pineapple daquiri. We enjoyed each drink very much. Would totally come here again.
