Solid bagels for the Bay Area. Much better than Noah's in my option. My favorite is the salt bagel with cream cheese and bacon but they also have amazing bagel sandwiches. I've only ever ordered for take-out but it usually arrives very quickly.

Ordered breakfast catering from here for my son's birthday, and everything was prepared excellently and delicious! We had two dozen bagel breakfast sandwiches (egg, cheese, bacon combos), along with other bagel and cream cheese varieties. Even though I had to pick up during the busiest time on Saturday morning, the bagel sandwiches were ready in a box and piping hot and cut in half. They also asked that I place the order within the week of pickup and not too early (in other words, you can order to catering with pretty little notice, which could be helpful in a pinch!). Thank you to the team!

The service is not good. I went today to pick up my bagels and they were in a box. I asked for them to be in a bag and the cashier was rude. In my 35 years going there they've always been accommodating and today was different, I'll go to another bagel shop from now on.

My favorite Bagel shop, have been going here with the old ownership and the new one. The new staff took it to another level. One of the only places that i would compare to new york bagel. the staff is amazing and always smiling. the store is clean and the bagels are always fresh.PS: keep in mind there is twins working there so don't get confused at who you talking when you walked in ( haha)Would recommend anyone to give this place a try, worth it.Keep up the good work everyone, really appreciate your hard work

I stopped it this morning to Have a bagel dog The bagel Dog was good, a chocolate chip bagel was terrible. I bought the bagel back to them they where extremely rude just talk bad about me in front of the customers I look this guy what are you doing I told I buy this in san mateo it a lot different he said that I didn't care or give a s t ran his mouth off just saying crap what type of people do. They have running this place

Great little San Carlos breakfast sandwich shop :) I called around 9:30 AM on a Tuesday morning to request a bagel sandwich with special instructions on heating up the turkey meat. I'm pregnant so it's really important that the sandwich shops are able to assist on this and the person that took my order had no problems doing that for me! I ordered Turkey Avocado on a Jalapeño Cheddar bagel and added bacon to it. He said 5 minutes. Drove down and upon entering, they had a few people in line. I went to the front of the cash register and he knew I had called in my order without me saying. Quick, delicious and respectful service. Veggies were nice and fresh, lettuce was crunchy, tomato wasn't wilted at all, cheese was nicely melted in, turkey meat was warm. Overall 5/5 experience. Most definitely coming back here!

Garlic bagel with cream cheese - after toasting the garlic was a little burnt which you could taste sadly. Bagel was a little dense and fell flat. Maybe it was just an off day? Other than that the bagel was super garlicky which I liked. The cream cheese seemed whipped as it was airy and fluffy so if you like cream cheese whipped - I'd recommend.
