Great atmosphere, delicious food and amazing coffee! Wait staff is friendly and the vibe is low key.

You order at a counter then sit down. Cute cafe ambiance and fun food options. The service is fine but not a highlight. Fun place for a low key breakfast or lunch.

Had a fat weeklong craving for smoked salmon, and this was one of the places that's been on my radar for brunch. First thing I noticed was how cute the interior is!! It's decked in flower decorations and interesting table setups. They also have screen-free weekends, so don't come here on a weekend if you need a place to sit down and work. We got the smoked salmon toast with avocado, berry brûlée toast (a spring special item!), and a matcha latte, which they say is made with ceremonial grade matcha imported from Japan. Smoked salmon toast was standard smoked salmon toast, which in my opinion, is all you can really ask for if you love smoked salmon like me. The crust on the toast was a bit overly hard, though, but I mean...I feel like any cafe with thick toast is going to have that. Berry brûlée toast was nicely sweet and creamy, but I had hoped there would be more berries. Matcha latte was STRONG on the matcha. We ended up diluting it with more milk from the communal pitchers LOL. It's good you know they're not diluting it themselves though! Overall, I'd definitely be back. It's a bit pricey here but still more affordable than other brunch spots. Waffles look great too!

I was recommended this brunch place by my friend because it's her favorite! It's hidden in San Carlos and has cute tables for outdoor dining. You order with the cashier at the front first and then they bring you your food. We got the samplers for toast and waffles because you get to choose four sweet or savory flavors! I thought it was so fun to do this and I've never seen a brunch place have this option before! The drinks were also really yummy. I got the hazelnut decaf expresso and a strawberry lemonade. I highly recommend this place

I loved the place, not too big nor too small, the menu is super varied with many options, and the staff are very friendlyThe time it took to bring the food was very good, acceptable considering the amount of people that were there

Cute cozy little cafe. We went on a weekend so it was kinda busy. The seating is very small. The water cups are so tiny which is really cute but very inefficient. We kept refilling like every 5 minutes. Mango matcha drink: 5/5. AMAZING. Im coming back for the drinks for sure. Fig jam prosciutto toast: 5/5 i loved this. As a sweets person, it tasted amazing. My partner thought it was too jammy. I agree but taking off a little jam made it perfect Breakfast sandwich: 3/5 this was a mouth salad of separate ingredients. It could definitely use some oomph. It just felt like there was no cohesion of the ingredients and no seasoning lol. Raspberry macaroon: 3/5 this was so weird. The texture was very macaroon and very good. But there was no flavor??? Like at all?? It tasted like flour lol. Waffles + berry yogurt: 5/5. Its what you expect. Waffles, yogurt and fresh berries. The yogurt had a nice hint of lemon which made everything come together. Overall, i'd come again to explore their drinks and their sweet dishes. I think that's what they excel in.

Ordered the prosciutto and fig toast not only did it taste great it looks beautifully appetizing. You order, hope to find a seat and they bring food to you. The line is always long. Everyone else who ordered their dishes enjoyed their plates. The vegetables, fruits and cheeses are all fresh. Worth the wait, even if the tables are kinda wow down.

Loved their toast sampler, prettiest I've ever seen, service was pretty quick, ambiance was nice, small water cups are funny though

I decided to bring my niece here because I know she likes tea time stuff even though this is just a regular cafe, she doesn't know shes 4. LOL. We came through the street entrance and the inside was nice. It reminded me of a kitchen in a farm house. The cafe was in the back with outside seating and other tables. We were super early, but the girl at the register was hella nice and patient. We ended up getting the bowl of fruit, the kids waffle, and I got avocado toast with tomatoes and mozzarella. The food was good, fruits were fresh. The waffle was good, but my niece just ate all the chocolate syrup with strawberries. Good portion for a kids meal. The avocado toast was good, but I wish it wasn't so pricey. Overall, the experience was good. It's super bright and the colors of the place were serene. Would come here again to try out different parts of the menu.

The matcha lattes here are the best! My favorite is the matcha mango latte which is the perfect sweetness and balances well with the match when it's mixed. I first tried the matcha latte at the location in Burlingame but started to stop at the San Carlos location because it was closer to my work. The service is always great exceptional here and the wait is never long. There is plenty of seating indoors and some outdoors. This is my third time here and i can also say that the food is delicious as well. Last time, I had their avocado toast as a quick brunch meal and I finished it in minutes. It was also quite filling for a quick morning meal paired with a drink!

$4.00 drip coffee NO refills, plastic tables, food just ok. No cell phone policy on weekends.

Today for the first time I was disappointed- two of my toast were not the same quality as they have been in the past. The creamy mushroom toast did not have lemon zest on it & it use to, and my egg salad was dry and didn't have the dressing they use to drizzle on it. ??? Both were actually pretty blah compared to all the other times I've been here. Not sure if they just forgot the ingredients or they changed it, but it was definitely a minus today unfortunately. The cashier was super helpful and pleasant!!!

I wish they would use the same bread for sampler platter vs 1 single toast order I ordered a sample platter and my husband ordered a single strawberry toast. Mine were chewy and hard vs his toast was soft and crisp at the same time. You can clearly make out the difference based on the texture. I would say taste wise everything was good but the texture samplers just disappointed me. I would definitely come back and order one single toast lol
