iGuey Taqueria Reviews
The food is solid… I’ve tried tacos, quesadillas, burritos, etc and all are delicious. For me, the green salsa served with chips/meals is amazing!!! Many places serve chips and salsa, but I will always go back because of the green salsa served… not sure if it’s called verde or tomatillo, but it makes the restaurant for me.
Service was great, food was ready quickly and the steak tacos tasted delicious! Would highly recommend!
Hand down some of the best fish tacos I’ve ever had. This thing was massive! Perfectly fried. Tortilla soup also perfect and steak taco was 1000/10. I will be driving back out of my way just to come back here again. Also people that work here are incredibly kind. Clearly a solid small family business.

iGuey Taqueria is a hidden gem on El Camino, near Trader Joe's. The low-key vibe and prompt service make it perfect for an early evening meal. The variety of tacos like chili verde, carnitas, chorizo, and baja fish are delicious. Kids love the burrito and rice & beans, while adults enjoy the super burrito and chimichanga. The restaurant also offers good juices and beer options, making it a great spot for a relaxed lunch or dinner. The fish taco, especially the fried fish option, is highly recommended for its tender, flavorful fish and soft tortilla, though it can be a bit messy. The pork and lengua are flavorful, and the loaded sope with shredded lettuce, cheese, beans, and avocado on top is a popular choice. Tacos are okay, but chicken can be a little dry. Don't miss the Cobb Salad with shrimp, which mixes white dressing with red salsa for a unique flavor — a local favorite!
