Rouge is the gem of Laurel. The staff is always welcoming, the food is delicious (try the Tiramisu) and you won’t find a better wine selection in the Peninsula! Thank you for being a part of San Carlos!
My first time here per my niece's suggestion. Lovely atmosphere and the weather was perfect. Tapas were great, and the owners are very gracious people.

I was craving a crisp glass of wine and a light meal, and simply wanted to get out of the house for a bit. Rouge Lounge turned out to be the perfect place to unwind. Stamos was an excellent host—we were warmly welcomed and received attentive, personalized service along with thoughtful recommendations and information about both the wine and food selections.
