Seiya is one of the local gems, consistently impressive offerings from the Tacos to the excellent miso soup, to the exceptionally fresh Hon imported sushi, to the consistent robata grill makes this a regular in the rotation. Always a tasty way for a quick lunch, dinner out, or even to impress out of towners with casual yet scrumptious excellence. Best sushi restaurant ever! The service was excellent, food was great, everything was amazing. It also has a very nice ambiance as well. The reviewer highly recommends the temptation roll, crunchy calirfornis roll and hamachi carpaccio. The desserts are also really good, with cheesecake or mochi ice cream recommended.
