0503, I attempted to enter the establishment to get food and a drink, and the door is locked, lights are out, and no employees inside. The sign and Google statebthat they open at 0500. Their app states 0700, so they need to update signage.

I feel like the matcha recipe has changed probably at all locations. It kind of just tastes like sweet vanilla ice cream. I like the old recipe better…

We don't like to come here unless we're desperate. Its a small store with very few tables. Very uncomfortable and depressing environment. Parking is also difficult. Because of its location, there can be a long wait, which is bad for people who just need a quick grab and go.

If they are going to have these low service/cleanliness option it would be better if they were low cost also.

When you order a drink, you pay extra for additional addons. These are clearly labeled on the slip of paper that is given when your drink is being made. All I wish is for the barista to read and follow this, especially because I paid extra for it. Unfortunately, multiple mistakes were made across the orders. I was hopeful to get better service, but both times I've been here my orders were not correct. There is also not enough seating and (I'm not old I promise, but) the music is way too loud!

I purchased a large tumbler cup from this location and ordered an iced shaken espresso on the app. When my drink was ready I asked the barista if they could wash my cup before pouring my drink in it, since I had just bought it. The barista took my cup and rinsed it. Then Supervisor Nate flew over and started chastising me about how I had to bring a sanitized cup. I have purchased over 50 tumblers in my life and every location I have ever been to has OFFERED to wash my cup. I have never been so humiliated in my life over something so trivial. I assure you I will never be going to that location again.

The older white male with a beard does not like me for some reason, every time I order he has a negative attitude towards me.
This is why I do mobile order when I can, I'm always unlucky of getting him every time I want to order in store. Hope he can stay off register more often.
The ladies in the morning making and putting out drinks are always great.

drink came out very quick but barista was very rude (i said thank you and she gave me a dirty look) and did not make my drink correctly(it was not modified in any way) , will not be coming back here in the future
I’m really disappointed with the service I received at this Starbucks location. Despite the store being empty, I had to wait five minutes while the staff were chatting among themselves. When I finally got their attention, the employee assisting me was visibly annoyed, rolling his eyes at every request. He was also unaware of the online discount I asked about and seemed quite impatient.
What shocked me the most was the response I got when I requested a pup cup for my three kids. The staff member rudely asked if we had dogs and informed us that the policy at this location is to give only one pup cup, regardless of the number of kids. She delivered this message without any care or courtesy and walked away.
This was the first time I’ve experienced such poor service at Starbucks, and I hope this location addresses these issues to improve customer service.

The two people who were working at the time of this post (man&women) are not good baristas!! They were flirting and touching each other while working and made my $10 coffee (white mocha/ 4 blond shots/no whip/10 pumps of white chocolate) absolutely suck!!
Nasty cashier. Not one person in line , waited 5 minutes for him to finish chatty chatting with his coworkers. Didn’t come over to register until I said “ Hi” he has a disgusting attitude. Gross.
