I have been in customer service industry for over 30 years. And i always make a point to recognize good customer service when i see it. I have been to this Subway a few times for their catering service and have been very impressed and pleased with the service we received from Biplov. He is consistently very friendly, professional and great to work with. Thank you for the great service.

First time trying this subway location.FYI: the directions on Yelp lead you to the back door of the subway building. You can still enter this way, but there is a front entrance as well. I checked in and received my one free cookie with my order. Staff working at this location is very friendly. Received my order with no problem. The only thing I notice is that the pepperoni in the metal dish still looked frozen. For those who get their bread and meat toasted, they probably it's probably OK, but I don't usually get mine toasted so this time I ordered the salami sandwich without the pepperoni.

I recently visited the Subway sandwich store, and I must say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The store's atmosphere was inviting and clean, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal.

The main reason for me posting this review is to commend the employee who helped me and the customer ahead of me. I went in Friday 9:00pm. There was one customer being helped when I walked in so I got in line. The customer in front of me did not speak English and was having trouble ordering. Nava P. was working and he was trying his best to help the customer. He was pointing at the items telling the customer what each one was. The customer then ordered steak sandwich but changed his mind so Nava was showing and telling him the different options again. Nava was really patient and had amazing customer service, and the fact that he was not getting irritated speaks highly of him. When it was time for the condiments Nava was again showing and telling the options. Finally it was my turn to order. I wanted a foot long tuna on Italian herb and cheese. Nava went to get the bread and there were only 2 six inch pieces left (which is completely fine with me). He asked if it was ok that it was like that which I said it was and he apologized. Next when I went to order the tuna there was no more, and again he was apologetic. I'm not a picky person so I switched to steak and bacon. When he was making the sandwich the bread was torn on the back end where he did not cut it. Again he asked if that was ok if if I wanted a different piece. He also apologized again. Nava's personality and customer service were amazing and that shop is lucky to have someone like him. Thank you Nava for going above and beyond.
Good efficient service! But surprised they have discontinued carrying Swiss cheese? Why when that was the sole low-fat alternative?

Cute tiny Subway in the middle of a block- I drive by it about once a week and didn't even know it was there until I ordered from the app. The employee was friendly and my 6" Tuna sandwich was delicious. Location was also clean and tidy. What more could I ask for?
