If you’ve never been to Active Culture, you’re in for a treat. Get the breakfast burrito…you won’t be disappointed! As a local, there’s a lot of great sit down restaurants in SC, but fast-casual seems to be lacking a bit. Active Culture is our continued go-to when we want something quick, delicious and healthy. The staff is always so friendly, too!
This is the best casual spot in downtown San Clemente for a casual family meal! There is something tasty for everyone on the Active Culture menu. From salads, to burritos, to great smoothies. \nThe staff is friendly. The set up is an order, then choose your own table vibe. Put your plates in the tray when you're done. I love Active Culture, it's the best.
I love Active Culture! Their frozen yogurt is hands-down some of the best I’ve ever had — it actually tastes healthy, fresh, and real, not overly sweet or artificial. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the flavors are always spot-on. Yes, it’s definitely on the pricier side, but the great atmosphere, friendly staff, and clean, beachy vibe make it worth it. It’s one of my favorite spots to stop after a walk or surf — good vibes, good people, and amazing froyo!
