Auntie Anne's

I’m giving a one star because (I have to, but also) the food was fine. But the girl who was working today, Monday, around 5pm would bring it to zero if possible. She was rude and had an attitude when just asking a simple question. As someone who was their very first time at an Auntie Anne’s I asked about some menu items and regretted that. My husband immediately heard the disrespect in the employees tone as well so we quickly paid and for out of there without getting anything else. I would probably go back, either same or different location, to actually try the food and/or drinks but hopefully the same person will not be working behind the counter or I’m turning right back out the door. Please teach your employees respect and to learn your menu.

Sadly I must qualify this way. The staff was super friendly and attentive, however the food is not up to par with the chain, the pretzel was burnt and had too much butter, 9 dollars wasted in the trash. I must say that these pretzels are my favorites but I didn't like this branch at all. I hope they improve so I can visit them soon! Greetings from Mexico

Garbage! Burnt pretzel dog and bad service.

Stopped in for a pretzel dog. Two in the case, both looked a bit over cooked, but I figured it would be ok. Took a few minutes for them to find change for my $10 (it costs $6.40), so it was cool by the time I started it. First couple bites brought out the burned taste. By the middle it was clear the dough wasn’t fully cooked. Interesting combo, to be both undercooked AND overcooked at the same time!

I didn’t like it.

They didn't have much of a selection when I went, but all I wanted were the pretzel bites and they had those. Otherwise the options were cinnamon pretzel, cinnamon pretzel bites, or regular pretzel bites. Seemed odd, but maybe it was the timing of my visit. If I'm craving something specific I'll probably try calling in advance next time before making the trip
