I called this morning to place a catering order. They do not open until 10:30 but the phone was answered on the second ring, at 10:18 am, with a pleasant employee on the line. I couldn't remember her name, but want to recognize her and her positive, can do attitude. She was VERY patient, kind and helped me through the entire ordering process. I was ordering a catering platter and an individual meal for a work luncheon this afternoon. She never made me feel like I needed to call once they had opened. It's rare to get great service these days so I wanted to make sure she knows how much I appreciated it today! Kudos to you and your team!

When I lived in SoCal 20 years ago, Baja Fresh used to be my favorite Mexican quick serve restaurant. I was excited to try it again, but alas, it didn't live up to the memory. It was good, but no better than the burritos from Freebirds I can get here in Texas.

The mánager was really rude to me, he forgot to give me my drink and when i went to go ask for it he said to me “what do you want” he throw my cup at me the food was 30 minutes late as Well as cold the mánager needs to be Trained again, I’m a mánager as Well snd this is not how in woulf have hándle ir

Food is pretty good but this place is way way way overpriced. I took my family of four there and spent $71 and that's with no drinks just water. We will probably never go there again. There's some authentic sit down Mexican restaurants we go to and we can have more food and waiter service for about the same price or less. I'm not sure how Baja Fresh is still in business. They need to find a way to cut their expenses and lower their food prices or in a few years they will be gone for good!

15 plus minute wait for a Fajita,Paid for double meat and definitely did not get double.The chicken was very tender but lacking flavor, the steak was well overcooked.The best feature was their salsa bar, which offers a large variety of salsas and other fresh ingredients.
