I want to rate this place 5 stars soooo bad, but I simply can't. The Banzai Bowls are a little expensive, which is totally fine because they are worth it and they're hands down the best banzai bowls you can get! But.... 8/10 times I order from them they don't add on or take away anything I've asked for. To pay for additional fruits, peanut butter etc then for the meal to be expensive at the end AND for the workers to not take their time to actually read the labels correctly is a little annoying. Especially because you're usually waiting in there forever to receive your order. By the time we realize things are missing or not taken out, we've usually already left the store since it's to-go. When the bowls are made correctly they're absolutely delicious but the employees need to pay better attention to the customers orders. OR if it's not the employees fault but maybe the computers fault for not properly printing the tickets etc... either way it needs to be handled and fixed Last time I ordered through Yelp/GrubHub to be picked up at a specific time, drove 30 minutes to pick it up and then when I got there the order never even went through to their system/printed out so I had to wait for it to be made and then the order was made completely wrong anyways. The Banzai Bowl App also doesn't work nor does it let you order. The entire system needs to be updated.
