Service was horrible I ordered 3 things and the employee was slow by the time I drove back home witch was only 3 blocks away everything was melted. Never will I go back

Super delicious ice creams are here. Prices are normal, no problem with parking, close to San Clemente walk of fame. Recommend to all my friends to visit

I was scheduled to pick up a cake. i went there multiple times after they were supposed to be open but the doors were locked and no one was there. I'm never going here again.

Just the corner "31 flavors" that hasn't changed in the 20 years I've been here. Flavors are always stocked, the kids that are there appear trained well enough and carry the local vibe along with pretty good customer service. Never had an order wrong here, and have never had any service or quality issues myself. So if you're in need of some ice cream in the downtown area, this is as reliable a place as you could ask for. Hope it never changes.

Clean and friendly staff, happy to hand out free samples of ice cream and sherbet. Parking is usually a problem, but parking near Avenida Del Mar is always a problem

Drove all the way down to Baskin Robbins on a Wednesday night at 9:48 to find the door locked and both young men Ignoring our knows. If your website said your open until 10:00 Then please stay open until 10:00. That was quite a disappointment.

Love baseball nut flavor!! Awesome. Love having local owners and Tues discounts on cones! Only downside is when corporate planning of flavors doesn't cover actual need. Do you know how many times some one has gone in and bought out baseball nut over the weekend and we have to wait the week out for the next batch? Okay, I am phsyco over B-R! My husband loves Dacari ice (spell?). Sometimes the young staff doesn't know the right answers to questions. Can't you train staff better on when flavors come and go? Love your store. Please take my suggestions with my love and desire for you to be your best. Thanks â¤ï¸.
