Better Buzz Coffee San Clemente

Waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru, then was told to park in spot #1 and someone would bring the food out to me, someone was parked in that spot so I parked in the only open spot I could find, waited another 20 minutes and no one ever came out, I wasted over 30 minutes of my day and never got my food, ended up just leaving. Ill go for coffee but probably won’t try ordering food ever again.

I’ve been trying different coffee shops in the area and I came to give this place a chance today because some of the menu items seemed good. Super disappointed. I always think it’s kind of crazy when you go to a coffee shop, have clearly never been there, and the person taking your order acts inconvenienced for you to ask questions. I got the horchata latte after the girl working helped little to none with answering questions about other drinks. When I asked if they could give me a bit less sweetener than the usual one is made, she looked at me like I was dumb and told me how it’s already premade. As if I already knew that. Which also… premade? What? I could get a fresh made latte for the same price anywhere else. Also the drink tasted literally nooothing like horchata and was not good at all. I don’t usually do google reviews unless I really had a bad experience. Bummmmer

Great place to stop off I-5 for a cup of dark roasted coffee. Plenty of snacks to enjoy. Service was great. The barista was pleasant and friendly.

I popped it in the freezer and ate some for lunch

Kevin provided excellent service and was very helpful and friendly. I got the coconut matcha, and it was amazing. Definitely recommend :)

Glad to be here at betterbuzz. I ordered the vanilla buzz and one of the cookies and it was very good. And Kevin was very friendly to me and provided good service. I would like to come back again when I have the time.

Soooooo slow. Everytime. Not sure why I come back. Every few months I try it again. Shouldn’t take 15-30 mins to get a coffee and sandwich.

I have been to Better Buzz before and love the location here in San Clemente. Kevin was very friendly and made my capresse sandwich and added turkey and avocado and it tasted very good.

This is my favorite Better Buzz location, each time I’m in Kevin is so friendly and helpful. He recently recommended a drink and it’s now in rotation of my favorites!

Great coffee and great service! I love the ambiance and how clean it is.

I love better buzz but there’s only one worker here who ever actually seems to like working there. The staff is rude and has attitude.

I am avoiding crossing the anti-union negotiations at the other place. This was easy to get to off the freeway. It is Egg Nog Latte season with REAL egg nog! Yum
