I would not recommend using this location for mobile orders. It’s consistently wrong or terrible quality. The last one I picked up had no cheese, was burnt and missing toppings, but had some extra I didn’t order. Ended up making a PB&J for dinner.

Don't bother. The guys are prioritizing online orders. You will wait indefinitely.

This place was filthy and poorly managed. Tables all had food crusted on them and were sticky. Bathroom was disgusting. Bunch of teenagers that look stoned making your food while rubbing their faces and playing with their hair. Watched the guy running the pizza oven drop the pizza peel and the floor. Gross. The guy who made my meatballs sandwich acted like he had never made a sandwich in his life. He had to take out the recipe card and contemplate how to add the 4 ingredients and look confused when he realized he had to slice the roll in half so he could add the meatballs, sauce, and cheese. Even after all of that he butchered it. There wasn't an employee in here that looked over 20. Who is managing this trainwreck of a restaurant? At least the female employees seemed to actually do their jobs. I would NOT recommend this location.

It's my first time buying a pizza, it's a very dirty place, the strawberry juice and lemonade are all full of mold, they don't clean the floor or dirty walls, please owners pay attention to your business.

The place was filthy, not one employee wanted to be there much less provided service to the customers.

Every staff member appears to be very sad to work here. Not one smile and zero please or thanks ps anything resembling courtesy. Might need at least one adult in the room to normalize the situation. Super weird experience to be honest.

The filthiest place I have been in quite some time. From kitchen shelves covered with dust and food residues to a kitchen floor unkempt. The staff seems not to care to keep things clean… the counter where they make the pizzas is a dirty as a hoarder’s kitchen. The napkin dispenser is covered with dust which show it has not been cleaned in quite some time.. the purel dispenser is dirty on top, the bathroom has splashes of mud on the walls which are definately a sign that is does not get cleaned daily… the bathroom sink is filthy and makes you feel you should not even wash your hands there. I can be understanding but everything at that location screams LEAVE! The employee cooking the pizzas was on her cell phone and then i noticed her drinking from a cup and licking the lid while working. Nothing is worse than bringing your kids to eat pizza at a new location of a restaurant he likes and then throwing out the pizza because you fear the ingredients were not cared for. I hope blaze pizza management can investigate this location as it definately lacks order and proper management.

I had an issue with DoorDash and the manager I forgot her name I think Jelsey? Kelsey ? but she was very kind over the phone and fixed the issue and redid my whole order. She was very helpful. Thank you

I order to-go a lot from here since it’s so close to where I work and half of the time the pizza is really good and the other half of the time it’s really bad and doesn’t taste that good either. I just picked up my to-go pizza today, and I know it’s Mother’s Day so there’s more people than usual, but this is so sad. I got a build your own and I asked for grilled garlic, arugula, olive oil drizzle, and balsamic drizzle on my pizza, none of those were on it besides raw garlic cloves… gross. Oh, and it was supposed to be well done, but it was undercooked. I’m a little upset that I paid for something that doesn’t taste good. I don’t think I’ll be ordering as much from here, just need to remember to pack a lunch.

They charged 25$ for a cheese pizza, salad, and 2 fountain drinks. The workers were so slow and seemed to be druggies tbh. They were laughing and going so slow. The man who took my order was lowkey rude about it and they wouldn't give us cups so we had to wait in line after ordering. Ironic how it is fast food and they took forever to make my pizza cause they were chit chattering and burned it. They didn't even let me know and went on making another one. Also the diet coke tasted like straight up sparkling water?? A creepy man dressed in a white shirt and a pertruding belly was watching me and my mom and he went up to the register and took a soda cup. The workers didn't even say anything and the man was at the fountain station taste sampling. Super weird.

Since it was a weekday, the place was quiet & understandable. We were greeted by a young man who kindly helped us build our own pizza. He was really friendly and made sure to follow exactly what we wanted when choosing the toppings.

After about a 5–10 minute wait, our food was ready. The pizzas were tasty! Just a quick note, the crust was slightly thin and a bit burnt on the edges, but not as bad as what I’ve read in other reviews. Maybe they’ve improved on that.

The garlic bread was a standout.. so good that my brother didn’t let anyone else touch it! That says a lot. The restaurant was clean and had pop music playing in the background, which added a nice vibe. I’d definitely come back to try different toppings next time.
