Sorry, not a fan. First time they burnt the pizza, second time it was raw
Absolutely bomb ass pizza loved it will definitely be back
The filthiest place I have been in quite some time. From kitchen shelves covered with dust and food residues to a kitchen floor unkempt. The staff seems not to care to keep things clean… the counter where they make the pizzas is a dirty as a hoarder’s kitchen. The napkin dispenser is covered with dust which show it has not been cleaned in quite some time.. the purel dispenser is dirty on top, the bathroom has splashes of mud on the walls which are definately a sign that is does not get cleaned daily… the bathroom sink is filthy and makes you feel you should not even wash your hands there. I can be understanding but everything at that location screams LEAVE! The employee cooking the pizzas was on her cell phone and then i noticed her drinking from a cup and licking the lid while working. Nothing is worse than bringing your kids to eat pizza at a new location of a restaurant he likes and then throwing out the pizza because you fear the ingredients were not cared for. I hope blaze pizza management can investigate this location as it definately lacks order and proper management.
I had an issue with DoorDash and the manager I forgot her name I think Jelsey? Kelsey ? but she was very kind over the phone and fixed the issue and redid my whole order. She was very helpful. Thank you
I order to-go a lot from here since it’s so close to where I work and half of the time the pizza is really good and the other half of the time it’s really bad and doesn’t taste that good either. I just picked up my to-go pizza today, and I know it’s Mother’s Day so there’s more people than usual, but this is so sad. I got a build your own and I asked for grilled garlic, arugula, olive oil drizzle, and balsamic drizzle on my pizza, none of those were on it besides raw garlic cloves… gross. Oh, and it was supposed to be well done, but it was undercooked. I’m a little upset that I paid for something that doesn’t taste good. I don’t think I’ll be ordering as much from here, just need to remember to pack a lunch.
They charged 25$ for a cheese pizza, salad, and 2 fountain drinks. The workers were so slow and seemed to be druggies tbh. They were laughing and going so slow. The man who took my order was lowkey rude about it and they wouldn't give us cups so we had to wait in line after ordering. Ironic how it is fast food and they took forever to make my pizza cause they were chit chattering and burned it. They didn't even let me know and went on making another one. Also the diet coke tasted like straight up sparkling water?? A creepy man dressed in a white shirt and a pertruding belly was watching me and my mom and he went up to the register and took a soda cup. The workers didn't even say anything and the man was at the fountain station taste sampling. Super weird.
Since it was a weekday, the place was quiet & understandable. We were greeted by a young man who kindly helped us build our own pizza. He was really friendly and made sure to follow exactly what we wanted when choosing the toppings.
After about a 5–10 minute wait, our food was ready. The pizzas were tasty! Just a quick note, the crust was slightly thin and a bit burnt on the edges, but not as bad as what I’ve read in other reviews. Maybe they’ve improved on that.
The garlic bread was a standout.. so good that my brother didn’t let anyone else touch it! That says a lot. The restaurant was clean and had pop music playing in the background, which added a nice vibe. I’d definitely come back to try different toppings next time.
ALWAYS ALWAYS Deliciously Fresh, Customized Pizzas. Sad to see my Keto crust off the me enu
If I could give a zero star, I would. This restaurant is probably the dirtiest place I’ve even ordered food from, & the manner in which they prepared their food, I feel they should be shut down.
Filthy, Filthy, Filthy!!
They lost my wife's pizza twice. The girl calling out the names says the names so low you can't hear it. I asked to speak to the manager and asked where the pizza was. He said someone probably took it. He asked if I wanted a refund or the pizza. I said we're hungry. We want the pizza. He said he would give me coupons. He handed me coupons that expired in 2023. He was in the back most of the time on his phone. Instead of making sure the pizzas were getting done. They were swamped and losing people's pizza. Make another table at the end. Have one employee call out the names, and don't let people grab the boxes on their own. That's why ours got lost. Hope that helps. I'm never going back there

The food was so good and fresh. Customer service was amazing.
I never had blaze pizza until a few months ago, and i gotta say, I keep coming back.
I enjoy the build your own style and am suprised i only pay maybe 15 dollars after all the toppings i get, good bang for the buck.
I can see where other people are coming from, some napkins on the floors and tables some debris, but it was kinda busy and no one was wasting any time.
I usually get my food togo nothing was a deal breaker for me, the atmosphere was perfectly fine for me, and i will keep coming back.
It was torture.
Love blaze pizza but this location is disappointing. One worker picked at our dough before putting on our sauce so there were holes in it? Then the next worker was also in her own world, I said “meat on half the pizza”. She doesn’t respond so I say it again. She grabs the meat but still doesn’t respond so I say it again. I see that she starts putting the meat on the whole pizza and I say it a fourth time. She finally looks up and I repeat it a fifth time and she finally rearranges the meat. Place isn’t even that loud- both me and my friend were telling her so she could definitely hear us.
Then they don’t even call our name out so our pizza is room temperature. Asked for dine in and they gave us a takeout box.
Bathrooms are dirty.
My husband and I would take the kids years ago to Blaze. I always remember the pizza tasting amazing, and being served with a smile. The other day I went in and the associates did not seem to attentive. The young guy that took my order, went and pressed several pieces of dough while I stood there waiting to give someone my ingredients. In fact I stood there questioning whose job that was. The young guy pressing the pizzas clearly did not want to be there at all. The young man that rang up my order and the gal operating the pizza oven had a bit more energy so that was a plus. I took the pizza home and the crust was not cooked. In fact it was still doughy. I was disappointed as I know they can do better. It's time to reevaluate Blaze, train up your young staff in proper customer service and start delivering amazing tasting pizzas once again.
