The icemaker did not work and it hasn’t worked for a long time. I don’t understand why that isn’t a priority to fix that. I found this to be a big negative about eating at this location.

The rice was not fresh. It was scopped up from a pan that was almost empty. I had a coupon for free chips and guacamole. The guacamole was turning brown didn't know it until I got home and opened the lid.

Ordered 2 salads and 1 burrito, literally each item was incorrect on pickup. Over priced and the staff is terrible, they need to do drug tests - high as kites in there! DO NOT EAT HERE!!

I've been waiting for my order for 20 minutes already. Update: 25 minutes

Made an online order and prepaid. Got to the store and went to the pick up area. My order had not been made yet. Was told out of rice, meanwhile customers in line were being served with rice ahead of me. I finally got my food after everyone else had been served. I waited 25 minutes just to get another person to help me with my order. I would have been much better off standing in line and not ordering ahead. Very frustrating. I was going to cancel my order but they had already made part of my meal. The first woman that approached me completely ignored me after telling me they were out of rice. Terrible service. Another visit, I showed up at 8:15 and they were locking the doors even though they closed at 10pm. I wasted my time driving there.

Cafe Rio is always great and since this location has opened, I've been here several times and it's just as good. I typically get The barbacoa salad but I've had all of the meats on previous occasions. I like the way you can earn points that can be used as money to pay for future food. Even during busy times the line moves pretty well.

Parking: During busy times you may have to park further away from the entrance but since the lot is big and shared, there's always a spot somewhere.

The food is good but they stop making food 3 hours before closing. Seriously. They say they are open until 10pm, but if you get there after 7 they are likely to be completely out of grilled chicken and beef and even tortilla chips and will not make any more. They have never had any fajitas veggies. This has been the case every time i have been there in the past couple of months. Last time i was there, they were cleaning and shutting down the grill at 7:15. If they don't want to serve the public after 7, they should close.
