Automated voice cut me off mid sentence, took 5 minutes to load my order on screen, and got my order wrong. On top of that, they didn't have fries, offered me waffle fries instead which I guess is good, but then my Coke didn't have enough syrup in it and tasted mostly of the carbonated water. For the love of all that is good and holy, please just hire more people and pay them more.

One of the best Carls Jr locations I have been to. We came into this Carls Jr as a large party of 10. I came into expecting to wait for 10-15 minutes. Instead they finished our food in less than 6 minutes. The manager Mahn was very polite and quick with taking our order. Overall very good location and appreciate Mahn for his service.
