New kid working with mullet didn’t even put a servings worth of each item. Put the tortillas on a mini piece of tin foil so they touched the countertop. Had to ask for double chicken just to get a normal serving size. Nice work bro saving chipotle by scaring customers acting like the rationer

For the past few years the food hasn’t been as good as it used to be. My burrito was folded in the weirdest way possible and I’m surprised they gave the green light to package this burrito in the delivery bag. The burrito was bland in the front but in the middle it was so salty I couldn’t even finish it, not even the salt from my tears from me crying of how bad my burrito was could be that salty. I didn’t enjoy my burrito at all but at least my dog seemed to enjoy it.

New guy served me a stale bag of chips, they were good but not what I’m paying for.

They were running low on most things and instead of replacing them or getting more they gave me the leftover scraps. I payed extra for queso and got half a scoop. I also got barely any corn salsa or sour cream. They replaced it for everyone behind me. Super bummed. Food was not worth the money!

Long line. Workers staring at me while i wait in line. (Help out) they went to the back to put my chicken in the bowl. This is the smallest portion size ive ever seen. I got maybe half a scoop. A waste of 11$ (im pretty low maintenance) if my portion size was normal i wouldnt say anything. But i left unhappy feeling like i wasted money

Eric, the manager at this location, provides exceptional service. I had an issue with an app order, and he went out of his way to help me out and resolve the problem.
