Great place to take your date to if you're looking for a warm and inviting location.

Maybe we were just unlucky but several menu items were unavailable when we ate there. Ordered the ribeye steak for my main and it was completely mediocre. Really struggling to see how this place is reviewed so highly.

My friends took me here for my birthday. Our server was courteous and friendly. My steak was fatty, but I didn’t send it back because we were full from appetizers and salad. My friends brought out miniature single serving Bundt cakes for dessert and we were shocked when the manager rushed over to our table and said there was a $2 cake cutting fee per person. Mind you, there were 3 of us and there was no cake to cut! He was extremely rude and assertive about the cake cutting fee. Not the way to make guests feel welcome…at all!
We have brought birthday Bundt cakes or even a birthday cake to South of Nicks, The Vine, Nicks, Fig 313, Javier’s and Marche Moderne. Not one of those restaurants ever demanded a cake cutting fee or treated us rudely.

Sadly we won’t be going back and we’re telling all of our friends, colleagues, and family how rude the manager was. Ridiculous!

I guess if you don't make reservations they don't allow you to have a table so we sat at the bar but it was nice. The only thing I did not like I paid with cash and my bill came out the 21 50 and I gave the server $40 and they only gave me 18 back and made a choice to keep the $0.50 that they owed me. That I didn't like.

Vegetarian options: The chili and cornbread was really good.

Everything was amazing from the meatballs appetizer to the pineapple upside down cake desert, for entree I had the ribeye while my wife had the herb chicken and both were absolutely incredible! Not even to mention the drinks and service were spot on even though the place was packed to the brim, 100% will recommend and will be back 👌

What a fun experience! We went with friends and started with the speakeasy hidden in the back. Jazz music, excellent drinks - made to order. Dinner afterwards was very nice, service was attentive.

4 adults and 2 kids went in for dinner. The kids wouldn't eat anything on their menu, so we bought them an acai bowl from another store to share. The adults ordered alcoholic drinks ($11 ea). As we were about to order our food ($25-30 ea), the manager came over and said that the kids could not have outside food. Our choice was to tell the kids to stop eating until the adults were done or to leave. They lost at least $200 because they were inflexible with letting the kids have an outside food while the adults ate from their menu. There were only two tables of people (one in bar and one in restaurant), so it wasn't like we were going to cause a problem with others wanting what the kids were eating.

We are so glad we ended up here. My family & I were driving from LA when we decided to get off & have breakfast. We had decided to order French toast for my daughter. The fresh apples & bacon were delicious. I had the rosemary roasted chicken with the best mash potatoes I've ever had. My husband went for a sandwich with potatoes wedges & he loved it. We all had their fresh lemonade. I highly recommend this place.
We will definitely come back!

I love Flights & Irons. The staff is super helpful, the food is delicious and the locals are very friendly. I recommend the loaded mashed potatoes, french onion soup, fried bologna sandwich and the steak.
