Fratello's Italian Kitchen + Bar

We had a great experience several weeks ago but this last visit left us not wanting to go back again because of the inconsistent food quality , service and an owner that didn't really want to know about any problems. Apparently, there are two brothers that own it and the one that we spoke to the other night did not handle things very well. They are a nice neighborhood restaurant and we really were disappointed on our last visit. We wanted to be regular customers because of our first experience being so good . My advice is to eat in the back area of the dining room if you go and do not eat in the bar area.

What a fantastic place! The food and service is top notch. Portions are large and delicious. We had a large group and our server was on top of everything. Will definitely be back on my next visit to town.

The quality of the food was satisfactory, and the service provided by the wait staff was efficient and courteous. While the dining experience did not exceed my expectations, as I prefer a more robust garlic flavor in my dishes, my husband thoroughly enjoyed his spicy pasta dish named Rah Diablo.

Great food and nice restaurant! The reason for my rating:

Ours was a rude person that had no interest in her customers and was concerned with whatever else she was concerned with. Who knows?

The other bartender seemed great! I had bartender envy. She even checked on us a couple times in lieu of our bartender, probably I'm attempt to pick up slack. Unfortunately, I can't give a great rating because our specific server had such an abysmal attitude, it kind of ruined the place for me and I'll probably never go back. There are simply too many options. I'm sure they won't miss us though, they are very attached to their regular customers that will most likely have died off in the next 5 years or so.

Our server, Michael, was awesome!! Thank you so much!! Lasagna was a huge portion. Bread was tasty and crunchy. My friend got the penne pasta with Italian sausage. She liked it but wished the sausage was more on the spicy side. The chocolate wipeout cake was pretty good. The restaurant is big inside, great place for groups, or date nights for couples.

Significantly over populated space with 0 employees to help you. Waited for more than an ample amount of time at the front to be helped and found a menu to loon at. The menu I picked up was oily and made my hands feel disgusting. Disappointed for sure

Very nice Italian restaurant with good food and service. Family-owned business that wants to please it's customers. Very Italian menu will prepared with good service. Try it You won't be disappointed.
