Have been several times, I will speak to this experience specifically. Nikki working is so unpleasant, hope you never have to encounter her. In addition to her below average customer service skills she lacks basic knowledge of ingredients in all of their products. Which is a primary problem for those with allergies or food sensitivities. Having some very entry level knowledge in food service is or should be a requirement, and at most restaurants it is. Maybe this isn’t the case here ? Or perhaps for some reason she’s the exception- as most others employees I’ve encountered here were helpful and tried to become more aware, not her! No matter the case this employee is awful and wouldn’t want her working for me in any type of customer service setting!! Also avoid if you are sensitive with food allergies.

Never going back. It was a cold day, and there were no customers in sight. I asked the girl working there to do something different with my cone, and she stomped over to the machine, huffing and puffing like I was a huge inconvenience to her. The yogurt wasn’t very good either.

Love this yoghurt and I haven’t had it in years because of lack of accessibility. So glad we are visiting here and they have it!!! Bella did a great job in doing our orders and asking helpful questions to make sure we get what we wanted and how we wanted it to be! Love her work ethics!

Came at 9:30pm website said closed at 10pm. I was feeling for some delicious golden spoon froyo.Upon arrival, I witnessed two golden spoon employees (early teens) close the doors and start filming the store front giving the store the so called “bird.” I was utterly shocked… I’m sure management would be very disappointed with the employees closing so early and showing little respect for their place of employment. Overall 1.0/5.0 stars, will not be back! Waste of time… sad to see Americas youth on the wrong track.

These guys are the best! We hit them on a weekday with 28 kids and 4 adults. They were patient, kind, and their yogurt was delicious!!

Bob at the Pico location in San Clemente was amazing. I could tell that he genuinely enjoyed his job and made me feel so welcomed!
