This franchise is in San Clemente. It is by far the absolute WORST restaurant ever. The first thing you see even before you walk in is seriously filthy front doors. You feel disgusted touching them. The windows in the door, handles and frames are full of greasy filth that looks like no one has ever cleaned them since this franchise opened. We have tried going more than several times, trying to give it a chance but this last time was the final, must needed nail in the coffin. To begin with, when we go in the morning we are always standing there far too long waiting to be seated. I mean ridiculously long. Many times employees looked right at us and never helped. (Remember everything I am saying here has been every time we went there). We have sat on both sides of the restaurant and 80% of the tables are never bussed. They are just left to sit there and there's always food all over the floors. So basically when we have eaten there during the entire time we have always been surrounded by disgusting dirty tables. Another thing is they let you sit there forever before you are even asked if you'd like a beverage, yet only wait on tables that have Hispanic occupants. Then another 15 minutes or more goes by and someone finally comes to take the order. This is a highly charged racial atmosphere. If you are Hispanic you get prompt immediate A plus service. And NO. We are not racist. I am half Mexican, I just don't look it. When we have come in first and then others who are Hispanic who come in after us, they always hands-down, get waited on. I have seen white couples sit there forever finally get up and leave. We have watched only many Hispanics many get their orders first even though we've ordered 30 minutes prior. We finally threw in the towel and got up and left after our server never brought our pre-order of a side dish to eat while we waited for our main course breakfast. The server said he'd bring it out when he went back to the kitchen. Well, after 7 trips back and forth walking right past our table from the kitchen, we never got our order. All he did was only wait on Hispanics. Its so in your face. This is common practice there. I make no apologies for anything I've said as I am Hispanic myself. The truth needs to be told. The only reason I gave this restaurant franchise one stars is because there are no zeros.

First thing I noticed was how dirty the front glass doors were. To be fair I came in on Veterans Day and they were busy. But still take the 2 min and clean the glass. If the doors are nasty what else is? Food was great though so I’m overlooking it. For as busy as they were service was great as well.

We came in Sunday morning 8:00am before the Sunday rush. There were 3 other tables with people at them and we still waited 45 minutes before our food came - standard stuff ordered, just some eggs and pancakes. Nothing crazy.
During that wait, the restaurant started to fill, and the only food we saw come out of the kitchen was for a table that ordered 15 minutes after us. We were getting up to leave whe the food arrived.
This isnt the first time either. Last October we came for dinner and left after an hour. We figured it was off gours

We went over the weekend with my son to have some breakfast and even though the place was busy we were seated rather quickly and our food was delivered to our table fast. We had two waiter checking up on us and cleaning after we were done with our items . Ten out of ten customer service.
