I understand they have issues with restroom usage but attempting to deny a disabled woman use of the bathroom for not buying food first is ridiculous. Have some empathy and do better.

U guys claim to have breakfast all day and the lady in the drive thru didn’t want to sell me breakfast at 1am im pretty for lazy. I start my day of work at 12am so i always get breakfast in different places around that time well seems like i wont stop here anymore. SO FOR EVERYONE THAT WANTS BREAKFAST TGIS IS NOT THE RIGHT SPOT TO STOP at least this location. Terrible customer service she was meant too

Every time I visit this Jack in the Box, the same manager is working, she has like blonde highlights and is Hispanic and her attitude is always the worst part of the experience. She’s rude to customers, short tempered. It’s not just a one time thing every visit is the same negative attitude toward everyone.
A manager should set the standard for good customer service, but instead she makes the whole place feel unwelcoming. Jack in the Box really needs to address this, because the food isn’t worth dealing with that kind of disrespect.

The heavier set older Mexican lady who works late night always sounds like she hates her job and can’t help but always sound so annoyed. Would much rather recommend just going to Taco Bell, In-N-Out or even del taco.

Feels crazy to post a review, but I had to. The chicken strips and fries made me question everything. Potentially the BEST food I’ve had from a fast food place. Either this is normal here, or I just a random/lucky experience.

This is an indictment on this location specifically...they got our order right but they didn't put any sauces in and when we asked for some, gave us very few and regarded us with disdain. This was at 3 PM on a Monday and they acted like they were rushed when really, they weren't very busy and it felt kind of careless. Not the best Jack in the Box experience honestly

The manager I dealt with today, which is on 08/30/2025 in the morning, is highly inconsiderate. I never make reviews, but this was 100% warranted. Awful service.
Toilet was crazy. Unbelievable that user/ store doesn't check it.

The bald head guy doesn’t know how to understand the speaker at all . Not only that whoever made my tacos needs to get fired. I know they gave me the tacos cold on purpose . They are colder than my Ice cold drink. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional . This is by far THE COLDEST TACOS IVE EVER tasted . To the trash they go
