Gabriel hooked it up so much. I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich for my wife and he replaced it for free. Super happy with the customer service. Definitely my fault and he was accommodating.

Do NOT recommend!!! One of their employees hit on me the whole time I was ordering food, proceeded to try to get my attention from my car, then followed my husband, daughter & i across the parking lot to Panda Express!!! An absolute creep works here!!

Incredible sandwich as always. My only feedback is the line took forever (almost 45 minutes), and the woman behind me, an employee knew her and said he would take her order ahead of everyone else in line. I don’t mind waiting in a long line, but when everyone saw that we were all a little frustrated.

This was an amazing experience here and the food is always great. I don't know her name,but she is the manager for sure. One of the employees overcharged me by accident and she immediately fixed it and was very kind through the whole experience. I watched a different customer that was giving her a hard time about something she had nothing to do with and she handled the whole situation with kindness and respect.

You guys used to have the A team there but now for the last three times we have order you guys write the wrong number on the sandwiches.Sandwiches are still good but for a mixup on an order of two sandwiches three times now is lame. Attention to detail guys.

We went to this location for the first time today. The service was great and they were very helpful making my wife’s gluten free sandwich. My wife has a gluten allergy so food prep has to be safe so she doesn’t get sick. They did a great job and the sandwiches were delicious.

It seems to be hit or miss. I've gotten good service but sometimes it's not the best. Today I stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to order. I ordered a club deluxe and waited in line for them to put all the ingredients on it. It was finally my turn and I looked as the person prepared the sandwich and proceeded to add things I didn't want and realized maybe it was a different person's sandwich. Then they started preparing the orders for the people behind me. I was listening to a conference call so I stepped off the line. Because I had to listen to the last portion of the meeting. The guy preparing the sub came out and asked me what I ordered. And I asked him why they missed my sandwich. They said an online order was filled instead in place of my order. I wasted twenty minutes just trying to get my food with nothing but excuses and still got a sandwich that was missing salt and the extra oregano I asked for.
