My food was done in about two minutesFor about $15 I bought the Mediterranean chicken wrap combo with chips and a drink. I wasn't sure it was a good deal, but it was because it was filling and delicious. First time ever at jimmy John's and can't wait until san diego county opens up their first ones!!!

Placed an order an hour before they closed for delivery. email given stated it would be delivered the next day, attempted to call location to cancel order as their website does not have a function for that, no response. Drive to the location to either pick up the order or cancel it, store closed early and did not update their hours, so now I have a sandwich being delivered a whole day late.

I will be giving a "negative" review based on not being able to accommodate an allergy for a kids sandwich. It's not hard nor complicated to be able to do a lettuce wrap for a kids sandwich, we have a wheat intolerance and "corporate" doesn't allow them to do that... It's not hard use the same amount of meat of a kids sandwich and maybe even a leaf of lettuce less, and bam... A kids unwich. The man behind the counter was super helpful and nice and understanding, but his hands are tied. Sad day Jimmy Johns, your better than that.

I love Jimmy John's because their bread is so soft, but this location was just ok for me. The bread seemed wasn't as good as I have experienced at other locations. Other than that it was clean and service was good.

Great food. Recently went and they realized they rung in my order for a small sandwich when I got the large. Rather than charge me the difference, they made me another sandwich on the house without asking. Great customer service

MAKE WAY FOR A REAL SANDWICH SHOP! I just tried this shop and it really isn’t very good. Plus, I just read from another reviewer that the owner is a big game hunter. Let’s put this disgusting human being and below average sandwich shop out of business so we can make way for a real sandwich shop!
