Rude customer service. My boyfriend asked for a zone bowl with bananas & granola. The cashier denied to make it and had a sassy attitude towards my boyfriend when ordering. Cashier was very uncooperative into making the request. We have ordered the pb zone bowl with bananas and granola many times before but for some reason she was denying it.

I’ve been to this location twice. The first time amazing. My smoothie came out fast and the customer service was great! There was a gentleman working and he was amazing and knew some of the other customers by name. I can today (12/30/2023) and the 3 people working were not so great. The boy was really sweet but he made my smoothie and it was literally like juice. I asked one of the ladies if it should be this watery (I know it shouldn’t because I have had it before) and she said “yeah because of the sherbet” when I first came in the guy didn’t know how to do the coupon and asked for help and the other girl had the biggest attitude. She did not want to help him. She did say “I’m on break so I shouldn’t even be doing this” but that is not something you show in front of customers. I will literally only come if it is the middle aged man working. I literally drank juice instead of a smoothie. A waste

The customer service here is non existent. The two young girls working on 7/30/23 in the evening clearly didn’t want to be at work and I could tell they highly disliked their jobs.. They were flat out rude and not to mention the smoothie I ordered was not the best. Juice it up please do better when hiring for a customer service position.

BRUH BRO BRUH… we walked in and nicely said we have a mobile order to pick up and one worker SIDE EYED US and the other said in a rude tone, “okayyy ?” like nah we were just minding our business she did not have give us that tone.. like get out of town grumpy?♀️➡️

Tim is amazing! He is so friendly, it’s great to see him after every workout. Also he makes the BEST version of every smoothie, if you’re someone like me who gets sad if the smoothie texture isn’t perfect! Thank you for being so awesome!

While waiting for my son to finish his work out at a near by gym, I stopped by Juice It Up for a smoothie for him and a Acai bowl for myself (I had finished by workout earlier). The gentleman who owns the place was so helpful in advising me on the choices I made and service was fast and very friendly. My bowl was full of goodies and I enjoyed each spoonful. My son said his “The Zone” smoothie was one of the best he has had in a long time. We will for sure be returning to Juice It Up for a post workout smoothie or juice.
