Yes, Las Golondrinas has good food, but it's not worth the inflated prices they charge. When I was a teenager (90s) las Golondrinas started to explode in popularity, by becoming the Mexican food place that all the rich white people in Orange County started going to. Prices went up to reflect their popularity, and all my relatives still go here to this day. The food is go, but the value is low because the prices are so high. Worth going to once, but I would not be a regular here.

Orange County favorite Mexican take out since the 80sCarne asada burrito plate comes with rice and beans also their salsa and chips are pretty tasty.I always visit the San Clemente location but long time ago I used to go to the one close to rancho santa Margarita. Always make it a point to stop by while visiting.

Its ok- nothing special compared to Mexican food from Orange or Santa Ana area. The carne asada burrito was very plain and tasteless. This place would never make it in the hood but since it's in a predominantly white area- it's ok.

Looks like this place is a hit-or-miss from other reviews. I had the California burrito the other night and I thought it came out pretty fast and hot. There was plenty of carne asada, fries, and guac inside, and I was very pleased with how loaded the burrito was for the price I paid. It is missing some type of sauce and kick in flavor, and the burrito does come out a little dry with the fries and meat alone. Would come here for a quick, cheap bite if you're feeling this type of food!
Employee was very rude when placing order today. We were hoping to substitute an item with a different kind of meat, however even though they do it for large orders, they won't do it for smaller meals. That would have been okay if the employee was nice, however the employee very rudely explained this and we did not feel welcome. Will not return to this location.

Awesome food! I moved out of California years ago and every time I return to visit family I eat at LG. The rice, bean, cheese and salsa burrito is simple but a favorite for breakfast. Carne asada burrito for lunch. Tacitos or fish taco for a snack; anything for dinner. Love the food.

Well the Talega location once again got my order wrong. As well as it took 19 minutes to make the 2 potato tacos wrong. 1 person ahead of me only when I arrived. Got his order wrong as well. Then served 5 people before I got my food. The other man was still waiting when I left.
