Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

I can see why this place has 4.0 stars. The almonds and the Oreos were old and we could taste it in the yogurt. Giving 4 stars because I feel bad. Dear business owners, please check quality :)

This Menchie’s got new ownership over a year ago and the new owners are really sweet! They keep the store well stocked and very clean and organized. They also had some great flavors there. Great spot I’d highly recommend visiting!

Was taking my son out for a special treat and he specifically wanted a cherry. I was worried the other frozen yogurt place by our house would disappoint again so decided to try Menchies.

Great selection. Lots of toppings! Even got a chocolate covered strawberry. Great prices too. The owner (who I think said he just bought the location) was so friendly and kind. Will definitely be back!

Not very clean inside, and poor customer service. Very disappointing since we’ve been to other ones.

Very disappointed that no one was working the front of the store when we walked in. The cups weren’t filled up and the diced almonds were stale. The tables were dirty, like they had not been wiped down, and there was flies around the tables. The giant tic tac game was dirty too. .

I ordered a custom bday cake for my son who wanted an Oreo ice cream cake for his party! Anna couldn’t have been sweeter. She is so excited to be the cake decorator for this store and it shows! She did a wonderful job. So nice to have Menchies offer custom fro yo cakes!!

Has anyone been here recently? The fruit was all old and nasty. None of the hot syrups were working. And the staff are largely in the back on their phone and could care less. It feels like a health code violation left and right. Would not recommend to my family and even threw away my ice cream after paying for it. Really disappointing.

I was super disappointed when I came to menchies- I honestly think this specific location has gone slightly down hill.Upon entering the establishment- there was no one there to greet. About 3 minutes later, I see an employee come out fo the wood works and I asked for some sample cups and she proceeds to tell me "we are out of sample cups". Ok...that's fine... but I see a TON of spoons, could those spoons be used as a means for potential sampling??Point is - going above and beyond to provide the customer with a bit of satisfaction.I end up getting a small amount of froyo with toppings. As I am eating, I notice a fly right on the cookie dough topping. I would GUESS that the employees do not even clean those topping stations/they just re-fill when low. Those toppings are decades old-lol.Anyway, my last time going there. Not worth it.

We were happy to enjoy a yummy cool treat and was stoked to still experience the toppings bar! (One of the Menchie’s shops in Hawai’i we frequent no longer has the self-service toppings and instead has each topping in a little plastic lidded cups for $1). It’s fun to choose the toppings and quantity in your scoop! It was clean and well maintained. This visit featured a Kraken movie themed blue raspberry flavor and special designed cups! We didn’t stay inside the establishment as it was a little warm, but took our goodies to go… but there was a lot of open tables and chairs inside and outside.

Dear Mel,Our family visited your store a few Fridays ago, 30 minutes before closing, in response to your advertised Friday night special. Our visit was as disappointing as could be. ALL of the toppings were wrapped up and/or put away. When my wife asked about toppings a male employee said, "we close in half and hour. We're closing up." My wife replied, "You don't close for 30 minutes." The employee shrugged her off and said that's the way we do it".GOOD service is when ALL customers are treated well at ANY time. That was simply pathetic.Additionally, we were there a previous time 30 minutes after opening and waited 15 minutes for ANYONE to help us. NO ONE was there. We knocked loudly on the door to the back of the store and no response. Feel like just sharing this with corporate. Were totally ripped off that Friday night.

I actually love the dishes and customer service, awesome area to my house. The staff members are always super nice. Highly recommended.

First quality, all natural, frozen yogurts are the best. They carry my favorite flavors and yogurt is always perfectly creamy. Nice atmosphere and very clean restaurant.

Would certainly recommend visiting this place. Exceptional atmosphere, flavorful dishes, excellent service. They never disappoint.

I ordered a frozen yogurt cake with no cake (two layers of yogurt with milk chocolate chips between layers) for a party and specifically told them that I had 2 gluten free kids and 1 with Celiac coming to the party and that is why I could not have cake. When she said an Oreo center was popular, I Also explained that Oreos are cookies and they have wheat...which has gluten so ABSOLUTELY NOT! I saw the order, it was correct. Today was the party. And after our server gave every kid and adult there their cake I asked for a small piece. Guess what? Oreos in the center!!! So now 3 kids including the birthday boy are suffering. I called the store. They told me a manager would have to call me back. So far, nothing... I will update when or if they call and say how they handle this BIG mistake.

I love this place! The frozen yogurt is really yummy! I go here when I am sad and it really makes my day! The employees rock!
