Nothing Bundt Cakes

Finally got to try one of their famous cakes. Delicious!!!! Had an online order and we were instantly greeted by a very nice young man working there, our cake was ready and we were good to go within a minute. I love the small business vibe they have and the enthusiasm from the employees. Will be back!

Did an online order for a pick up. Been sitting outside the San Clemente store for 30 minutes and the manager is still not here to open the store. An employee has been here with no key. This has thrown a huge wrench in my day for my daughter’s birthday. I always love the consistency of the products but I will never order from this store again. While waiting at least 6 others have come and gone giving up. San Clemente you are losing money by not having a back up plan in place.

Always very good cakes!

I have ordered/purchased numerous cakes from this location. The most recent one was for a party and when we had it, we realized we were given the wrong flavor. I shared this with them the following day and they made it right by giving me store credit for a future cake. I call that great customer service! Use and enjoy with confidence.

Did Nothing Bundt Cakes get smaller? Yes. Yes they did - by a lot. I found this out by picking up my online order of 12 buntinis. They are supposed to be 3" in diameter, but these were lucky if they were half that size now.Unfortunately, a quick Google search would have discovered their shrinkflation.I got there and realized this is not good for a birthday party and asked to get a cake instead. Pay more for something else.They refused - to the point of arrogance.They implied that, "I have your money. What are you going to do about it?". At this point I had to leave without my order because it was absolutely not made to what was expected and they didn't care in any way.They also laughed as I left the store. So sad this had to happen.It's a good lesson to never make an online order anymore. Companies will cheap out on as much as they can these days.

Outstanding customer service. I spoke with Nora and was able to get a cake delivered on short notice to my niece for her birthday (I live out of state). Thank you to Nora and her supervisor who approved the after hours delivery.
