So here’s the thing… my family and I come to this Panera ALL the time. We’re regulars and the food is always great. But after today, I’m done. I will NOT be eating here again.

I deliver with Uber Eats on the side to support my kid by myself. I actually enjoy it, and I take pride in my work. I walked in today, like I’ve done a hundred times, to pick up a to-go order. The screen wasn’t showing anything, so I politely asked the blonde woman working the to-go counter about it.

And in front of everybody standing there she goes, “Oh, you’re here with DoorTHIEF.”
Not DoorDash… DoorTHIEF.
(And I don’t even work for DoorDash, but whatever.)

I was honestly shocked. I get that sometimes orders go missing or people have had bad experiences, but I am not one of those drivers, and that comment was completely out of pocket. I walked into a place of business to DO business, and instead I got talked to like I’m a thief or part of some low-class company. It was rude, embarrassing, and just plain uncalled for.

I would NEVER talk down to someone for how they make their money. We’re all out here trying to survive. That employee didn’t have to be nasty like that.

Do better, Panera.
One mean apple really can spoil the whole bunch.

Momo and I have been enjoying our 🥗 🥖 lunches at different Panera Bread locations in Irvine/Lake forest areas. Today we came here to see the 🦖 🦕 Dino displays at the outlet in SC and to my surprise this Panera is the BEST 🌟 we have visited!

The chicken salad in the To go container that I usually get is actually filled to the TOP , unlike all the other Paneras that only fill 2/3 of the bowl, and ingredients are abundant and generous. Everything tastes great and the staff were very kind to me and my service dog. Thank u all for everything! We live 45 min away without traffic and hope to visit you soon!

Okay place. Mostly packed with mall shoppers during the weekends. It's a hit or miss for coffee after lunch hours. Mine was lukewarm again today. I used to go to Panera religiously before covid but price point is not as friendly as it used to be.

Ordered coffee. And it was barely warm more on the cold side and that gross for a cup of coffee. The staff was to busy standing by the kitchen and talking to the kitchen staff sadly .my Chicken wild rice soup was cold. Not what I expected for. This place

This place was pleasantly surprising. Decent food. More self serve than a true restaurant but did the trick.

Recommended dishes: Broccoli Cheddar Soup

Used the tablet to order 3 bagels, toasted with cream cheese. Received 3 untoasted bagels and one cream cheese, I informed the manager of the issue and was told I did not order toasted or cream cheese, but they toasted them and would not give me cream cheese and argued with me about the tablet ordering. What happened to the customer is always right? Not my fault that the tablet ordering is difficult and confusing, get a person to take the order, or make the order right and the customer happy, and not argue with the customer. Also, all of the coffee jugs were empty. I wouldn't go back.
