I’ve been here twice before, the first two times was a good experience the employees were nice and my drink was good. Today I went in the guy at the cashier was nice. However, the girl making the drinks was extremely rude. I asked for a chai tea latte she made an espresso chai.. I told her it was a regular chai and she looked extremely bothered and dumped out the espresso drink she made with an attitude, she remade my drink and then threw the straw at my drink. Not sure why...
As always the staff at this Peet's is friendly and helpful. Today my 4 year old son was being somewhat grumpy and difficult and he didn't like the choice of milk in the small cartons. The milk was chocolate and he didn't like the picture of the cow on the carton either. The girl helping me noticing the situation politely offered regular milk in a plain cup and the problem was solved. Thanks for helping a dad out with a somewhat sticky situation. I was there yesterday and bought coffee, and I had to remind the lady I get a free one and so I got americano large and she gave me a medium and I got another drink and said I only paid for a medium but knew I ordered a large. Sheesh what an experience!
