I can say that hands down this was the worst cheesesteak I ever tasted in my life. I was born and raised on the East Coast and this is an embarrassment. The low quality ingredients are right off the Sysco food truck. Just a bunch of processed junk. The flavor was horrible and portions were small. This was my first and last visit. Sorry guys I had to call it like I see it.

Cheesesteak hoagie for dine in was excellent. I’ve been to pretty much every cheesesteak place in OC and this one doesn’t disappoint. It’s also cleaner than some of the other more dive places such as in Costa Mesa at Frank’s. I’ve ordered delivery from here before but eating in was MUCH better. The fact that they open so early at 9:30am is awesome and there were a fair number of early customers there at that time as I was.Tips:- Ask for mayo on the bread on your cheesesteak. It tastes better that way.- Provolone cheese here is the best- You can add various other things like raw onions and condiments at no additional cost- Don’t miss the free pickle and pepper bar tucked into the back of the placeI’ll be back.

Gave 3 stars because it might be phillys best...but this $12 sandwich is not what i expected...wheres the beef?...thought it was a mistake but was missing steak!!!...had to open the roll to verify its minimal contents...dang
Sooooo good. I love this place. Great sandwiches. I like the chicken Philly and I getbit with cheeze wiz and american. Their Cajun seasoning is bomb.

We've always loved Philly's Best and always order the Philly's Best Cheese Steak sandwich. My husband ordered the usual but since I'm on a crazy diet, I ordered the South Philly with Steak. It tasted great! I almost didn't miss the bread but, hey, it is a diet.
I love that they have pork rolls on the menu as well!
