Pick Up Stix Fresh Asian Flavors

Food was mid, 33 bucks for 2 plates. The taste gets boring and disgusting 3 bites in.

Ordered through doordash, unfortunately doordash no longer allowed me to order from the ladera store and this store was assigned.The chow mein looked and tasted so bad, so different from all the other pick up sticks I've been to. Yellow-y color instead of the brown ish color with the sauce that's supposed to have.The vegetables that I ordered with the bourbon chicken were completely raw. The water chestnuts tasted like they were VERY old -plain gross and I hope I don't get sick-The chicken was a decent portion but most of it was burnt and some pieces tasted like they needed more cooking so we just stopped eating the food.Also, NOT GLUTEN FRIENDLY! our NCGS person got glutened :(

The lead lady at the front is always madShe has an horrible attitude. She needs to build her customer service skills ASAP.They always forget to add utensils to everything

Ordered the family meal (as we have multiple other times), but this evening I was very disappointed to find smaller containers for the General orange chicken entree and 1 side of fried rice! Paying extra for the side and less of one entree was not enough for the family as it had been multiple times before. Also the fortune cookies were not the advertised chocolate covered ones so that was an additional disappointment! Last time we are ordering from here! Tried calling immediately (6:30pm) but no one answered!

They can’t answer the phone and they act like they’re doing a favor for you.

Cashier is super unhelpful will not be returning.

I personally recommend the Bourbon glazed chicken for those who prefer a sweet...not savory...meal. Their cream cheese wontons are the gold standard for this appetizer.

Oh my gosh the Boubon Chicken is to die for ……. so good and so fresh cooked to perfection and melts in your mouth

Best place to get food for a lunch! I always come here and it is my favorite place. The meat and rice has such good quality and it is delicious!! Love this place. I really recommend people to come here! (:

We ordered the house special and it's basically drowning in soy sauce. It made the chicken all soggy and unpleasant to eat
