The girl, taking my orders, a girl with piercings, and has many tattoos, treated her customers horribly. she didn’t show one smile and had a straight face the whole time.
Girl w tattoos and piercings had the worst attitude and lied about being out of chocolate ice cream when we waited for 10 minutes.

Update Feb 27 - same problem again as stated below. Once again, machine not working. I’m not going to waste my time coming in here anymore.
The product is great if it actually works. I stop in regularly for the vanilla freeze and 50% of the time the machine is not working and it’s over frozen and won’t come out. For a new store, you would think they would figure out how to get the product to work. it happens all the time. Or at least train the employees to prevent this from happening. So annoying to come out of my way to get a freeze and it doesn’t work. And the other flavors are so high caloric that they are not good substitutes.

I love their ice-cream, it's gluten and sugar free. I have gluten and sugar intolerance and that's the only ice-cream I can eat and not get a reaction to it. Love it!
It was my first time here. The cashier who helped me choose what is best for my specific diet was very patient. Also, the acai freeze is so delicious, definitely a guilt-free treat.
love their smoothie bowls and their plant based ice cream is so good!!
