Second time we’ve ordered, second time something has been wrong and our burgers are dry. My husband went to go pickup our food and said there was nearly no one in there and our fries were cold.

Great burgers! I get the vegan one. We go for the gluten free ease. Boyfriend and I are both celiac. Fries are 100% gluten free with no cross contamination. Love their natural sodas also! Just wish they were open for lunch. We constantly think to go eat here and then realize it’s closed.

Burgers are good but nothing special. Larger space than I expected but fairly sterile inside, no character. They have several TVs with games on and a small bar. Nice if you’re stuck in South SC but too many better choices in the area, especially for burgers. We won’t be back.

Great food, we loved it! Planning on becoming a regular here. TLDR - highly recommend for GF and health and/or price conscious pals. They do use seed oils but the beef is grass fed and vibes lean healthier.
We are so confused by the lower rating of this place, because we thought it was delicious and A GREAT DEAL. We came because you can get a good burger for $10 (rare these days) and my husband ordered the family special (4 burgers, 4 fries, 4 drinks for $46).
I’m GF and their big menu had all the allergen markers. Pretty much everything is or could be made GF. Sometimes that’s hard to get with fries, if the fry oil gets shared with battered items. So nice to have all that indicated.
My burger was fantastic. The pure sauce was great. So was the ranch. I thought we FOR SURE had too many fries, but both the seasoned and regular were exceptional. Crispy outside, soft inside. So we ate all four of them. Just kept dipping!
Maybe I just got lucky, but the lettuce wrap was actually so nice bc it was a giant piece of lettuce, not a bunch of small leaves on either side. So allll the sauce STAYED IN the burger.
As a side note: I didn’t realize before we came that Pure Burger has grass fed and organic vibes. This is a huge draw for me, and makes me even more stoked about it. I would actually come here weekly, for the price and for the food. I can’t even get over that we fed our whole family here for less than it costs to go to Chick-fil-A.
Five stars all around. My only feedback would be that they maybe they were understaffed on a Saturday night. The guy at the front was alone on the customer side most of the time we were there.
I want to start by saying how amazing Jenny and Danya were today. 10/10 amazing employees! The restaurant is really clean and has ample seating. You can't beat the prices and the food I just yum, I stupidly finished my food before I took a picture so bad on me. They also have a drink maker and it gets the job done! The only hiccup would be that the parking lot is a little small. However people do not care because this place is still PACKED.

Good food. Order at counter. The first time I went and paid in advance, I was not asked for a tip. This was refreshing and they cheerfully delivered my food to the table. I left a bit of cash so happy I was not asked to tip 25% up front. I was ready to make this my new fav lunch place. Next time I was given the typical opportunity to tip a lot in advance. Bummer.

It’s interesting to see this has a rating of 4. We had a fantastic experience. Looking places to grab a burger and settled on Pure Burger Bar strictly from the menu online. The prices seemed extremely fair compared to other low end places. We placed an order for carry out, scheduled for pick up at 1:15, arrived at 1:09, waited about 5 minutes to get food and it arrived promptly at 1:14. We ordered the Bird Burger, Spicy Smash Burger and one each pure/season fry. Spicy Smash was delicious. It was a good size, cooked well, had just enough spicy zing to let it be enjoyable. The Bird was decent too, keeping in mind it’s a burger joint, the chicken was slightly dry but it was still tender enough for us to not care. The flavor was there and again, quite good. The fries are fresh cut similar to five guys, and of course by the time I got home they were a little cold and limp. 3 minutes in an air fryer took care of of that though. Over all this was a great place to get a good restaurant level burger at a decent price.

We love the burgers at Pure Burger Bar but sadly, the staffing has been awful ever since they opened. When I walked in last night there was no one out front to greet me. I waited over 5 minutes before two people came out from the kitchen. There was only 1 person inside the entire restaurant and a family sitting outside. I waited another minute while they served the guests. By the time I got my food it was getting cool and I had to reheat it when I got home. I want Pure Burger Bar to succeed but they have to create an environment that is welcoming. The staff, one in particular, has no personality. I hope management gets this message. Great neighborhood burger bar but no ambiance that makes you feel like you want to come back. Very unwelcoming. I also don't see them marketing themselves in our neighborhood which I think is a mistake. Hope to see improvement in the future!
