Round Table Pizza

I ordered a pizza online for delivery around 5pm for drop off at 8:30pm. By 8:45pm no pizza had been delivered. I started calling the location and had to call maybe 15 plus times to get someone to answer the phone. After someone picked up the phone finally they said oh there was some issue and had to turn the oven back on to make the pizza. So they clearly weren’t answering the phone because they were getting ready to close. My boyfriend went and picked up the pizza and shortly after the owner called me and apologized and let me know she will give me a credit for a free large pizza. I called today to get my free pizza and Susan answered the phone. She was incredibly rude, let me know there was no credit under my phone number. I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere, this location clearly doesn’t not take pride in there customer service.

Had a great lunch at RT today. Didi was very nice and a delight to chat with. The pizza was great and we really liked the salad bar. We will be back again.

The older lady was so so rude she kept yelling and i believe she was training a new employee and the way she was yelling at him is not okay!! I also don't understand why she isn't wearing proper work shoes!!! she's in sandal's in the kitchen!! i placed my order online and i still had to wait to for my pizza!! never going back again!!

I grew up loving this franchise. But pizza is suposed up be affordable and this place is not. Perhaps for dine in, I can see charging $30 for a pizza, but we ordered 2 pies and a small salad and it was over $70 delivered. I know expenses have gone up, but that's kind of a lot.

I was HUNG UP ON when about to make payment. This experience was really crazy. The woman helping us asked for our card number and we weren’t even done ordering. Then she asked for it again and we asked what the total is- she said $60, then she said “honey I can’t help you”- and she HUNG UP on us suddenly when we were about to give our card number to pay for our delivery/order! My family and I just looked at each other with our jaws dropped — we couldn’t believe it. I called back and asked to speak to a manager- she said she was the manager- I asked why she hung up when we were about to pay you $60 for the order- she said verbatim “it was $60.60 and I hung up because I had 10 other customers in front of me”. I cannot make this up- do not order here. That makes no sense at all. We called another location and ordered delivery at another Round Table in Dana Point.

No, I called to order pizza for me and my family. Not only did the woman on the phone not hear the first time that I ordered she made me re-say everything that I just said again with a very discerning tone. She was very distracted didn’t pay attention to what I was saying and then at the end of all things when it got to the total and she told me my order for a extra large pizza and 12 chicken wings with $60 . She then said honey I can’t help you and hung up the phone.

Don’t order from here. The pizza tastes horrible. Pizza Hut and Dominos are better. The “medium size” pizza is a small size compared to any other pizza place. I would not recommend

Not only is Round Table pizza delicious, but a real family oriented feeling with this store! A+

We absolutely love the atmosphere and the pizza was absolutely amazing. Was ordered online and picked up was super hot and they even made it into a heart shape for us. The lady that works here is absolutely the sweetest and manages the establishment very well.

First of all, the food was impeccable. Really tasty and nice. One of the best pizzas I have eaten. However, the food took a really long time to arrive and even though we ordered online about 20 mins before we got there, we still had to wait another 20 mins. They also didn't accept the gift card which was slightly skeptical because the card was upside down and obviously wouldn't have worked...
Overall it was a pretty good place with really good food but slow service really tainted the experience.
