Ordered delivery and pizza was overcooked and dry. The wings also were dry. Called the place and spoke with Gigi who said that I didn’t order from them. When I told her I did, she yelled saying I didn’t. So I hung up.

I ordered a large pizza and wings, totaling $51.70. The pizza was overcooked with the crust burned and the meats dried out. Additionally, the wings were dried out and tasteless. I called and spoke with Gigi who insisted that I didn't order from them, when I know that I did. She raised her voice and kept repeating the same thing. I will never order from them again! It was a waste of money and we are still hungry. Rosa

I really hate to say it, but this place will no longer be on my list. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years and have many memories here. The quality has gotten to the point of where this place isn’t even good. The pizza dough has no flavor, the sauce is overwhelming and the cheese tastes cheap.The service is absolutely awful. The owner was super nice and resolved all the issues we had, but bottom line, it’s just not worth coming here. Round Table used to have so much flavor. They’ve officially lost me and my whole family. We won’t be back unfortunately.

The food might have been good if we ever got served. We were literally the only people in the place, the lady at the counter told us to sit wherever we like, then disappeared and we never saw anyone again. Waited and waited and finally left, and never saw a single other employee working. This place is a joke.

Been here a few times but there is always a problem with the salad bar. This time Three spaces empty usually provides potato salad, macaroni salad and croutons. Too many items not available. When I asked the manager she said there was none available. So I decided I will stop coming to this Round Table and go to the one in Laguna Niguel in Ocean Ranch.

Today I got hung up on by Gigi, the owner for asking for the same thing I’ve asked, a simple substitution of toppings.She hung up on me and stated she had five customers in front of her. I was driving to the location while I was on the call and just happened to stop by about one minute later to make sure she understood my order.The entire restaurant was empty. The five customers thing was a lie.I feel for small businesses as a small business owner myself. But if you don’t take care of your regulars you won’t stay in business for long. She insisted on charging me $4 for pineapple and I refused.This will be the last time I order from here, as much as I like Round Table Pizza. There’s a reason why it’s dying out.The food is generally good, the service has always been garbage (especially the owner).I feel sorry for her staff and I feel bad that this small business owner has forgotten her fundamentals.

We were visiting in CA and had a pizza delivered from Round Table. Our pizza arrived hot and fresh and our delivery driver was friendly and asked if she could get us anything else. We asked her name: Deborah. Very good service, we will definitely order from there again but what is up with that hat?

The last honest pizza. If you're craving a sausage pie this is the place. Perfect crunch on the crust,sauce has a nice little bite.Enjoyed the last piece cold for breakfast.As Arnold stated " I will be back."
