Rubio's Coastal Grill

Ordered grilled chicken burrito. Tortilla was old and crumbly, burrito blew apart and made a substantial mess while eating, the burrito had already partially broken while being assembled. Three other people at the same time has the same issue. This is a quality control issue. The picante salsa tasted bad/wrong/horrible. Not sure how they serve that, it is not edible and has a very off putting after taste. Others agreed this salsa was bad and would not eat it. The roasted chipotle was ok.

I love Rubios. Try to order something different whenever I go. Delicious !

Clean place and nice staff, food was good but nothing spectacular .

The variety is amazing, and the substitutions you can make are endless: steak, chicken, salmon, mahi mahi, shrimp, veggies, or plant-based protein substitutes with citrus rice, brown rice and quinoa, cauliflower rice, or Mexican rice. Healthy menu choices for anyone on a fitness or medical diet.And it's all good. This franchise is on top of their game. Friendly, attentive, professional, and above all... Good Food.

A mess of a fish burrito it was more beans than anything almost no fish some cabbage it was like no white sauce maybe the smallest squeeze possible it wasn’t busy for them to put out such a terrible result I been eating at this Rubios from the time I was a kid I’m a local I remember when use come to eat here just to look at the salt water fish tank I could’ve gone eat some where else but I wanted to eat just as a throw back kinda burst that bubble and will not be recommending this place at least they didn’t lag but was it worth it ?

Talked to the manager specifically to make sure our food was correct since my previous 2 orders had guacamole on our order which I am highly allergic to. I figured after talking to the manager to specifically make sure my food didn't have any guacamole on it, and him reassuring me that it didn't, I get home to find guacamole on my burrito once again. Really? Get it together. It's not that hard. Sad. I will never go back to any Rubio's since the 2 I have tried have been a huge let down.

I luv the food. It's fresh and healthy. A little on the higher side. For a chicken, brown rice, quinoa, avo, black beans, some lettuce in a bowl was $11

We were the only ones there and it took 20 mins. I had the street corn salad...yuk. Lots of mayo and spicey jalapeños. Disappointed.

been going to Rubios since they first opened in Tustin Ranch. We love it. my favorite refried beans of any place. food is delicious

One of my preferred spots to eat. very good location, well organised, and great customer service. I highly recommend them!

My Burrito was alright. None of their salsas or sauces are spicy (I ordered 4 types) and the chipotle dipping sauce just taste like Mayo and Taco Bell seasoning, quite awful.

I visit this special restaurant often as I enjoy the special atmosphere that is unique to this restaurant. The personel is very friendly and well trained. The service is impressively fast. Not to mention, the food they prepare is outstanding. I came many times and I was always joyful. The price is modest. I suggest this restaurant to to all.

Rubio's was great, everyone hustled and got the food out quickly. Food is great. The crew did a good job with covid considerations. PARKING LOT SUCKS
