I’m giving 3 stars merely for the food after my last couple visits here. My son and I have been going to Ruby’s forever, it’s our spot as it was mine with my mom in the 90s! We just moved to San Clemente so this is our closest location now. One of the best perks nowadays is that on Tuesdays kids eat free. Last time my son and I went to this location, they didn’t apply the kids eat free and for some reason that time I brushed it off and thought ok maybe this location doesn’t...

We’ve visited many times, but I always forget to share a review. Ruby’s is a chain restaurant, and even though I haven’t tried other locations, I really enjoy the burgers here—they’re unique and delicious. If you’re not a fan of fries, you can switch to another side. The service is friendly, and the staff checks in from time to time. The location is great too, right inside the outlet, so there’s always a steady flow of customers.

What a treat to have dinner here this evening! This was our first time eating at this Ruby's location. Nick (I call him St. Nick now) was the most attentive, kind, witty server I've met in a very long time. What an awesome person. Truly embodied amazing customer service. The manager Javier was wonderful too. The food was good and we all enjoyed what we ordered. Will be back for sure!
