Ordered 5 drinks 3 cake pops on the app but when I asked them if I could please have a hot cup of water was asked to get in the back of the line :/
Also the matcha latte was pretty bad

Their system had snuck a $2 gratuity charge as I was apple paying. It did not even ask but just added it. When I brought it up to the cashier she just awkwardly smiled.

Ridiculous. Whoever set that up needs to be fired.

Cashier walks away from register and ignores while waiting to order waited o er 5 minutes and the rest of the staff ignored me as well

The large cup of coffee was given to me half a cup because there was less ice. The taste of such a strong coffee is too sticky. It is also Starbucks. Why do other stores provide a better taste?

The employees at this location ignored you if you are by the main door at 7:35 pm or later. They refused to open and help you. The hours are clear on Google and says closed at 8 pm. The manager should do a better job understanding their audience, we do not live here we are passing by and we would like to use the restroom and get a quick bite and a warm coffee. Looks like you rather go home early than making money and helping customers. 4 cars arrived with us and we all went to McDonald’s.

Just ordered an undertow at the Ortega location and they completely butchered it so I had to just pour it out. This location decided to comp my drink due to such a bad experience. The whole team was busy during cars and coffee but they still did an excellent job pumping the drinks out and mason made a fantastic drink! Great experience and I’ll be taking all my coffee business here from now on!

This Starbucks cafe ☕️ enjoys a nice location. It's another Starbucks with a good service. The lady who served us was extremely curtious and exemplified real Starbucks values. We had a good coffee and welcoming smile ?

accuracy could be better. But they correct any discrepancy on your drinks with slight delay.

I sometimes order breakfast sandwiches at Starbucks. Most of the times, the sandwiches looks messy. The cheese rarely stayed aligned with the sausage. The coffees and refreshment drinks are much better. I got hungry and order a sandwich, at this location, the sandwich come out looks nice and it does not look like someone just slap both sides together and serve to it customer. Thank you

They were out of my fav drink so they helped me create a very comparable replacement. I was happy w my new drink and learned I actually like blond espresso better anyway ?
