This Starbucks has been my main stopping place for so long. Sanchez, Taylor, Cheryl as well as the rest of the staff really make you feel welcomed. The energy always makes me smile and adds a great start to my day.

I waited 25 minutes for 3 drinks when it wasn’t that busy, I ordered online, and people who ordered after me were getting their drinks right away. My chai was only about 3/4 full with the rest just foam. Not the first time this has happened…

Aida was my barista. She never fails to greet me with a smile and call me by my name. This is the modern day version of the television series Cheers. Aida is efficient, courteous, knowledgeable and provides unparalleled service. I hope your company does whatever is necessary to maintain such a valuable employee.

I ordered through the app as a pick up order an I wanted a grande caramel crunch frap and there was no caramel in it. I even ordered with extra caramel and there was none of it!

I had ordered online so when I got there my order would be ready. I get there and one girl gives me half my order. As I wait I see others walk in and order and get there drinks before I get mine. After the fifth person I go and ask one of the girls which she turns to another employee and asked "how much longer for her drink?", it's not like my drink was hard to make. But the other girl turns and says "in a minute." She instructs another employee to make my drink because I need it now in a snarky way then looks at me. First of all I need said anything like that, but whatever obviously me asking how much longer was to much to ask for her to do her job. Never going to that startbucks again.

Cathie who took my order was quite rude. Wouldn’t let me finish my sentences, ordered me a latte when I was trying to order a matcha. The drinks I ordered were not even for me so I ordered drinks with no ice so they wouldn’t get watered down in my drive to deliver them and before I could even say something it was met with “let me guess you’re going to order ice cups? Because I need to know now”Well if you’d let me finish my sentences I could tell you my order….Cathie was quite rude and snarky. I feel bad for those who have to work with her regularly.

I got into a fairly long line, and an employee said no more orders because they close at 7. It wasn't even 7. You guys are rude and out of touch. McDonald's isn't ideal, but they're happy to take my money and have MUCH better service. This isn't an isolated incident. 90% of your Orange County stores are horrible.

This is my favorite Starbucks of all time. I drive all the way across town just to come to this location. Sanchez makes it that much more special, his high vibing energy is contagious and everyone is always so kind and courteous even the customers! I've never had a bad experience coming here. Thank you guys for all that you do.

Was treated as a problem when asking about a mobile order that was meant to be done 12 minutes prior. No line and nobody waiting. Turns out it had just been sitting on the counter outside the ovens. No bag, nothing. No apologies, nothing. Just handed it to me at the register. I said thank you and received a "ya". Always had a great experience with morning and day time baristas. Avoid at all possible in the evenings I guess.
