She was so rude when I asked her what kind of ice pumpkin drinks were available. She literally just stared at me. I had to ask three times and finally I told her I didn’t want to drink because I believe she was so incompetent. The drink probably would’ve been bad
As a business owner, I can honestly say that I would be disgusted as this person works for me because she literally drove away business.

This is a Target. Not a Starbucks. With 1 person taking your order and making your order be ready for a long ass wait for subpar drinks.

My sister sent a review and I completely agree with her. The service was so rude and unacceptable. The teenage girl just stared at me when it was my turn to order and said nothing so I just ordered my drink she didn’t say anything asked for the size in the rudest way possible and continued staring at my older sister to see if she wanted to order anything she didn’t ask us anything and didn’t say anything to her. When the drink came out it was so pale and it was obviously watered down. When i tried it, it was extremely gross and watered down. My sister confronted her in the nicest way possible but they continued to be rude until she called them out. Terrible service. I would not recommend this location.

I don’t write reviews or ask for a drink remake but this time the drink was unacceptably gross. Not only was the drink so pale and watered down the service was terrible. The teenage girl was so rude, unprofessional, not mannered, and untrained. When we were nicely asking to remake the drink she looked me in the eyes and completely ignored me until I told her she’s so rude. The teenage girl didn’t even remake the drink or do anything it was the other employee that had to remake the drink for me and actually talk to me. I confronted her in the nicest way and even after she was so rude when I was ordering the drink for the first time. I wouldn’t usually care about this but she was so rude to my little sister. This is unacceptable. I came in Sunday 28th 9-10am

I don’t write reviews really ever, but today i felt the need to. The service at this starbucks is horrible. The teenage girl making the drinks was incredibly rude and was purposefully making the drinks as slow as she could with a rude attitude. They only ever really have 2 people working and take at least 25 minutes to even ask for your order even if you’re 3rd in line. If your in a rush, I would not recommend this starbucks.

I find this location to be hit or miss. Not sure if they got new baristas but I have not been happy with multiple orders now. Either it’s too bitter or too weak. Pretty sure the last pumpkin spice latte was just flavored hot milk.
