The first thing I notice are well-trained and attentive baristas. The drinks are made quickly and accurately. The store is well-kept and inviting. I frequent this location several times a week and I look forward to the warm “Welcome” every time I walk in the door. The manager, Steve, as well as his shift supervisors & asst. managers seem focused on various aspects of the customer experience from drink quality to location cleanliness (inside and out) to customer safety. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is the model location for this part of the county.

I had such an amazing experience here! I tried the iced sugar cookie latte which is delicious, and it was ready so fast. My barista, Julia, was so sweet! Her service was incredible and her kindness and positivity absolutely made my day.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today (08/18/2025). I placed my order in person, then quickly stepped into the restroom. When I came back, the barista at the counter completely ignored me and didn’t acknowledge my order. After waiting for 15 minutes, other staff finally told me that my order was never made and that I should place it again. This is unacceptable. I’ve never experienced such poor service at Starbucks before. Definitely not the level of professionalism or customer care you’d expect from this brand

Drinks are always made to perfection. Quick service, and customer service is always next level. The manager, he’s always so friendly and kind, and his team follows his lead. My husband and I commute from Orange to Carlsbad and Kearney Mesa for work. We pass hundreds of Starbucks but choose to stop here simply for the experience. Thanks Team!
