Manager closed the doors in front of at 7:39. Stating the she had to close the lobby. Even though there were still two customers at the counter. The website says the location closes at a 8pm. We are school bus drivers and can't take them through the drive through. She literally closed the doors on us.

The worst Starbucks ever, terrible customer service, judgmental, disrespectful, bathrooms are horrible coffee is water down all employees need better training.
Wish I could give a hard zero stars
My order was not made. Instead of a large glass of coffee, they gave me a glass of hot water. After the remark, they made a medium glass of latte, although I ordered a large one

Be aware that this location has a policy to close the dining room when they are short staffed but will leave mobile ordering open. The expectation if you ordered ahead is to wait in the drive thru line for your mobile order, this includes if you walked to Starbucks. Today the staff refused to bring drinks to the pedestrian entrance for myself and one other women. Instead we had to walk through the drive thru lane to get our orders. Staff were aware of the situation but said they would “get in trouble” if they brought our drinks to the lobby door. Unsafe situation but I guess that’s their “policy”.

I said 4 shots! How can you not follow a simple order?
Super disappointed at the amount of ice compared to actual drink I received. This drink was $6.95 & I think I took about 6 sips of a VENTI (large) and it was gone. Pictured is how much ice they put in my cup. I’m done paying $7 for cups of ice & they charge more if you ask for no ice, or light ice = just dumping more milk in your drink & diluting it. I’ve noticed it’s gotten worse over time, but this location has been the worst with the ice/drink ratio.
