Ariana was very sweet and kind. We went to a Starbucks a couple miles away and they completely messed up our order we called this Starbucks and she was able to remake our coffee the right way
Drinks are always made to perfection. Quick service, and customer service is always next level. The manager, he’s always so friendly and kind, and his team follows his lead. My husband and I commute from Orange to Carlsbad and Kearney Mesa for work. We pass hundreds of Starbucks but choose to stop here simply for the experience. Thanks Team! Apologies for not knowing your names but I’ll learn them soon and update my review.
Abby went beyond the normal service. She stopped while holding a bucket of ice to explain how to utilize the star points that would expire on the first. She was pleased and professional! Manager very kind too!
