Got a sandwich today and the bread was anything but fresh…. The bread was like a giant crouton. This is the second time I have had this experience at subway…. For a shop whose motto is “eat fresh” it was nowhere near fresh. I will never spend my hard earned money there again. What a disappointment…

That lady mean. I asked for a soda that’s all I wanted and she looked at me like I should I know with attitude that the “machine is broke”. How am I supposed to know? There is no sign lol.

Subway is still underrated. I think their food is great for the price and the sandwich is way a lot more than other sandwich shops around here. When it weighs more you get more. The cookies are to die for you. Don't have a cookie from here yet. You're not living. Friendly staff faster than other sandwiches or sandwich shops.

The way subway attracts customers is a scam. Today, I ordered breakfast egg & cheese sandwich. The person behind the counter said she was out of eggs. So I ordered a steak, egg and cheese without the egg. My bill was $10.75 instead of 7.59 + tax. I asked her why and she said they weren't offering breakfast. The other day, I went to a subway in lake forest. I wanted to take advantage of the "buy one get one free" deal. I knew it was online deal so I tried to order one online but none of subways in the area were accepting my order. Then I realized the ad said "participating restaurants only". I was already at the restaurant, so I ended up paying full price. I won't go broke losing few dollars, and I know subway franchisees don't make much money, but I just don't like their sneaky way of attracting customers these days.
