Nice family owned donut shop that makes a good bacon egg and cheese they are all very nice food and smoothies are good but the coffee is terrible. I will never understand 11$ for a bec though

Best Donut spot in the area! I always get the iced chai with an espresso shot and a tiger knot. The ladies behind the counter are always kind and accommodating. Truly a quality family business.

Been coming here often because I really like their breakfast croissants. However they are pretty pricey for a doughnut shop and never the less I paid 15 dollars for my croissant, maple bar and chocolate doughnut only for my maple bar to have a really long hair in it.. It really grossed me out and I will not be back until they fix their hygiene issues.

I’m honestly disappointed with these chocolate iced donuts.
They should be glazed first, then iced — it’s donut 101.
How much are you really saving by skipping that step?
Without the glaze, they’re dry and lacking that perfect bite.
Do better — I come for a sugar fix, not a letdown.

Amazing service, super polite and friendly. The donuts were delicious, light and airy. The price was very reasonable. It was a great experience all around.

Best donut shop in south Orange County. I used to commute past Surfin’ Donuts for five years until 2020. I still visit here whenever I’m near San Clemente. Best apple fritters and croissant sandwiches. Friendly service always.

Parking: Limited parking spots in front of the donut shop so keep that in mind. Street parking available.

What happened? This used to be the place to go. We stopped by here this morning to get some tasty treats. Didn’t happen. The donuts were so old the frosting was hard.
The donut holes were so stale I threw them away.
The plain cake left a coating in my husband’s mouth.
That’s the last time we stop there. It’s sad, but Winchel’s is a better place to go.
I do not recommend this place at all

Went there once they didn't seem like they wanted my money just cuz they told me to park someone where else because with an attitude. I'm a tow truck driver I guess we scare their customers away from wat the guy on the front counter said ever since that me and my buddies that work on the fwy which we provide free service for motorists that r in need of help from a taxpayer program we never came back the owner was scared to loose more customers just cuz they think we were gonna tow his customers cars. I mean it's not how it works but ok I wonder if he scares off officers too so everyone gets nervous around cops too. But just very unprofessional never heard a owner of any food restaurant tell us that before.
