This has to be worse experience at this location and I've eaten here on multiple occasions. $55 dollars for cold, wet tacos that were falling apart as you were unwrapping them. It honestly felt like morning tacos that were left behind. I'm beyond pissed

Got my card info stolen at this drive thru when I when went in to inform them the manager was looking at me rude questioning me like I was lying I never use my debit I showed her the exact charge then right after the illegal charge back to back when I said it was a male driver an I believed Thursday she said they have no male staff it’s an all female staff an then I realized oh sorry it was Friday not Thursday the manager changed and goes oh yes we do have a male Fridays I said you just said your an all female staff but becuz I said the wrong day like what . DO NOT GO HERE . They’re thieves and they don’t care who they employee an the manager doesn’t believe the customer I even pulled up my account transactions an she was still rude an starting at me like I’m a liar instead of being worried . Like they just don’t care .

Not the best Taco Bell and I would expect more from a nice San Clemente location. The sauces, sporks, and napkins are not available. You have to ask the busy staff if you want any of these things.
Takeout orders usually do not contain the number of sauces you ask for. Not that big a deal but if the app asks you and it says what you want on the receipt it would be nice if they do it. Also since you can't get your own sauces at this location it is extra inconvenient.

Ordered 3 crispy chicken tacos and when I opened the bag at home there were 3 very greasy, limp tortillas, no lettuce and unrecognizable filling--but maybe some beans and cheese.
This was on feb 2, around 4:07 pm, order #6988a4. $10.96 down the "rat hole". When I called them they said I'd have to come and I said I paid by credit card and want a credit refund. They said no to that.
