Coming from Texas, I have big expectations for burger joints (being that Whataburger is our anthem and gold standard). With that said, the burger joint did not disappoint. The food was amazing and the staff was very friendly. The atmosphere was nice and chill, and the restaurant was clean.

It was a very busy Friday night. The mobile and kiosk orders were not going through to the kitchen. The staff did their absolute BEST to keep up with the chaos of GrubHub orders, eat in orders, and online orders. Honestly, saw such amazing service from such a friendly staff on a night where they could have been stressed and overwhelmed. Seriously, you have a great crew here!

I live right down the street from the Habit in San Clemente and love eating there when craving a burger. Today I ordered online as usual and when I got there at 11am the restaurant was not busy and know body in line. There were two people working the front that greeted me at first and I let them know I am here for my pickup. Other than that they seemed not to be paying attention to anything else. I noticed my drink right away in the to go order area and saw what I thought might be my burger and fries sitting with napkins over them on the counter. 5 mins go by and I am standing there assuming that burger on the counter was for someone else. It had to be otherwise those guys would of bagged it and gave it to me. Then another customer comes up to complain about his burger having onions. So now both employees engage him still not paying attention to the food on the counter and there I wait. 5 more minutes goes by and then finally one of the front guys looks at the counter area grabs the burger and fries that were sitting since before I even got there and put them in the to go bag for me. Needless to say the burger and fries were luke warm when I got home to eat them. I am bummed because my family and I really like this place, but service matters and I want to support a place that cares.
